code04 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete including all lead & lifts complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code05 - Providing fresh lime plaster to brick masonry of 10mm limemortarslaked lime : sand) 1:2 proportion as base coat and finishing coat of 0mmoflime mortar (slaked lime : sand) 1:1 proportion including rounding or chamfering corners,arrises,junctions,etc wherever required smoothrendering,including jute netting, lead charges for lime andsand,liftcharges above 3mt height providingandremovingscaffolding, grinding machine, cost of materials,labour, curing etc., The dashing of the first coat to be done using a strong whipping motion at right angles to the face of the wall. The plaster shall be trowelled hard and tight forcing it into joints to obtain a good bond and surface rubbed smooth with a plaster’s trowel complete as per specification and IS2394 (1984). Curing shall be started 24 hrs after finishing the plaster. The plaster shall be kept wet for a period of 7 days etc complete asper direction of the Engineer in charge of the work.

code06 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 m²) over existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.including all lead & lifts complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code07 - Providing ruled pointing to cursed stone masonry with lime mortar 1:3, 20mm deep, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining, including cost all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, curing complete as including all lead & lifts complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code08 - Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird ropping,grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth tc.,including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquidAmmonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in-charge,of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causingany scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing thesurface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, completein all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators,windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage tothe building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Therate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

code09 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.,including all lead & lifts complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code10 - Removing debris such as brick bats,concrete,earth wastage materials etc., beyond 5km outside the monument through vehicle including hire cherges of vehicle, crew charges, labour charges for including all lead & lifts complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code11 - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete. code12 - Direction and Place identification Signs with size more than 0.9 m2 size Board Providing and erecting direction and place identification retroreflectorised sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of high intensitygrade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminium composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area exceeding 0.9 m2 fixed over back support frame of min 40 x 40 x 5mm angle mountedon a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including all lead & lifts complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.
