code01 - Display Cases Providing and installation of pre-fabricated wall full height table top and sculpture display cases of different dimensions as per the design and drawing details provided by the Architects. The display case is a combination of MS frame and glass. All glass panels are of either 8mm or 10mm or 12mm thick glass or as per design requirements with e tra clear laminated safety glass polyvinyl butyral PVB for lamination of glass of 0.38mm of 4 layers with crystal edge finish. The frame work Jindal or tata shall be made of metal frame comprising of MS Sheets MS Square rectangle pipe angle or channels. MS sheets of minimum 1.00mm CRCA MS grade D as per IS 513-1994 with lasor cutting and bending in CNC bending machine as per approved design. MS pipes will be of 40 40mm with wall thickness minimum 2mm or as directed to form frame work at back side top hood and base walls. MS round pipe of 50mm dia. will be filed inside to take load of ceiling. Position and size or thickness will have to be designed for all loads as shop drawings and same has to be approved by the architect in charge. Fabrication has to be absolutely error free high engineering work and using best quality tools and equipment. All frame to be powder coated Nero lac or Asian paints shade as per approved by architect through 7 tank process of 60 to 80 micron thickness and cured under heat. Hinges will be concealed and as per international standards. All hardware and frame work details have to be submitted in shop drawing for approval. Cost Inclusive of manufacturing and transportation to site. Including cost of all materials transportation to site of work handling with all incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the site engineer in charge.
