Height of staking shall be as necessary considering the wind conditions at site and as a rule shall not be lower than 1.5m for 10ft trees, and likewise suitably proportioned for other heights. All planting shall be quenched by copious watering @ 10 litres/ tree immediately after planting. Rate inclusive of all plant cost, all leads and lifts, haulage and disposal of excavated surplus earth, levelling, stakes, preparation of pits, procuring soil and well dried FYM , testing and report for soil health of purchased and insitu soils, soil amendments as necessary, transport, installation, labour, loading and unloading at nursery and site, fine dressing the planter bed surface, adjusting the disturbed drip irrigation lines and any other irrigation devices and valves to give an overall finished effect, watering, and maintaining for 60 days after completion of plantation as certified by site engineer-in-charge and replacement of casualties till 60 days after such work is handed over, maintenance for 90 days after planting of entire zone, taking preventive measures against white ants, termites, mealybug attack and other pests specific to each plant.
