code04 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of bridges and such simillar works in all kinds of soils , as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work.

code05 - Providing and Filling in foundation with granite / trap broken metal 100mm and down size with approved M-Sand including hand packing, ramming, watering including cost of all materials and labour with all lead and lift complete as per specifications.

code06 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness,well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately ) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

code07 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

code08 - Supplying of solid granite stone all size of gulur, chikkaballapur district. Quarry to main road with 10km lead and labour charges including hiring charges for chain pully and pully block transportation complete as directed by the incharge of work.

code11 - Providing and constructing burnt brick masonry with approved quality of modular bricks of standard size of class designation 5.00 N/mm2 table moulded) with lime mortar for basement and superstructure including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete as per specification - Do- in Lime mortar 1:3 Prop (Over roof)

code12 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately)

code13 - Providing and erecting 4 legged jack steel pipe centering with necessary platform for working with suitable height the bracing are to be properly tie with saction of pipe both horizontally, langitudinally and diagonally with safety held for safety measures of the labours and for conveying and construction of materials,charge including transportation and cleaning the site after completion of work to the maximum heigh of 6mtr etc, complete as per the direction of the incharge of the work.

code14 - Providing and fixing teak wood door as per the drawing in existing style for the temple including preparing, including cost of materials, labours , transportation charges and HOM of machinary complete as per the specification (section of wood should be as shown in drawing)

code15 - Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also leaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

code16 - Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro reflectorised sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminium composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 m2 fixed over back support frame of min 35 x 35 x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing
