code07 - Providing and filling in foundation with graite/trap broken metal 100mm and down size with approved sand including hand packing, ramming, watering, including cost of all materials and labour with all lead and lift.complete as per specification No KBS

code08 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately)Mix 1:4:8( M5) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the Work

code09 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the Work

code12 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code13 - Providing Lime concrete terracing on roofing for weather proof course average thickness 100mm laid to slope with 25mm nominal size brick jelly and 50% lime surkhi mortar 1:2(1lime putty 2 surkhi) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatement rounding off junction at parapet including cost of material labour complete as per specification and as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

code14 - Providing fresh lime plaster to brick masonry of 10mm lime mortar (slaked lime : sand) 1:2 proportion as base coat and finishing coat of 10mm of lime mortar (slaked lime : sand) 1:1 proportion including rounding or chamfer- ing corners, arrises, junctions, etc wherever required smooth rendering, including jute netting, lead charges for lime and sand, lift charges above 3mt height providing and removing scaffolding, grinding machine, cost of materials, labour, curing etc., The dashing of the first coat to be done using a strong whipping motion at right angles to the face of the wall. The plaster shall be trowelled hard and tight forcing it into joints to obtain a good bond and surface rubbed smooth with a plaster’s trowel complete as per specification and IS 2394 (1984). Curing shall be started 24 hrs after finishing the plaster. The plaster shall be kept wet for a period of 7 days etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge of the work.

code15 - Flooring with 25mm thick polished shahabad slabs using cement mortar 1:6, 25mm thick over existing cement concrete bed or top of roof laid to line and level and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, , including cost of materials, labour, curing, polishing complete as per specifications. as per direction of the Engineer in charge of the work.

code16 - Providing Ruled Pointing to coursed stone masonry withlime mortar 1:3, 20mmdeep after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining including cost of materials ,labour , curing, complete as per specification

code17 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

code18 - Removing Debris such as brick bats , concrete , earthwastage material etc beyond 5 kms outside the monuments through vehicle including hire charges of vehicle , crew charges , labour charges for loading and unloading etc .. complete as as directed by higher authority

code19 - Removal of Slit from Kalyani (measurement is not susceptible)as per direction of the Engineer in charge of the work.
