Operation and Maintenance of E&M Installations for Internal & External Electrification, DG Sets, EOT & MONO Rail Cranes, Air- Conditioning System, Fire Alarm System. Fire Fighting System, Water Supply, EPABX System, Water Coolers with RO, and Area Lighting for FCS Integration Facility at ADE, Bengaluru as per mentioned in Anexure-I to X by deploying manpower on all days including Sundays and Holidays. Scope of Work (a) Internal and External electrification's -Appendix -’A’(Inventory Of Installations). (b) Internal and External Water Supply – Appendix -’B’(Inventory of Installations). (c) DG Sets – Appendix -’C’ (Inventory of Installations). (d) Lighting Protection - Appendix -’D’ (Inventory of Installations). (e) Fire Fighting system – Appendix -’E’’ (Inventory of Installations). (f) Fire alarm system – Appendix -’F’ (Inventory of Installations). (g) Air-conditioning System –Appendix -’G’ (Inventory of Installations). (h) Water coolers with RO Plant – Appendix -’H’ (Inventory of Installations). (i) EPBAX System – Appendix -’I’ (Inventory of Installations). (j) EoT and Monorail Crane –Appendix -’J’’ (Inventory of Installations). (k) Urine and wash basin sensors – Appendix -’K’ (Inventory of Installations).

Detailed Building Wise Manpower distribution is enclosed as per Annexure- X of Enquiry. High Skilled (Supervisor) - 01 Person * Rate should be quoted for 01 Person for 01 Month
