KSRB-4-1.3 : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 with OPC cement @ 180kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.85cum and fine aggregates @ 0.57cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation including cost all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications.

KSRB 4.2.1 : Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of Design mix M25 with OPC cement @ 340kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.70 cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.47cum, with super plasticisers @ 3 liters confirming to is 9103-1999 reafirmed-2008 at machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation for footings, pedastals, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columnspillars, posts, struts, buttresses, bed blocks, anchor blocks & plinths etc., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing, complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per specifications. KSRB 5.2-3 : Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in foundation with cement mortar 1:6, stone hammerd dressed in courses not less than 20 cms high, bond stones at two m. apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. KSRB15-3.12 : Providing 20mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:6, to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, : Providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing stainless steel staircase railing with hand rail 50mm dia 16 gauge hollow pipe welded to vertical hollow 50mm dia pipe of 16 gauge, stainless steel vertical pipe spaced at 1.20 m regular intervals, and 5 nos of 25mm dia, stainless steel hollow horizontal pipe are welded to vertical 50mm dia hollow pipe. The entire assembly is fixed to staircase concrete by using expansion bolts by frilling concrete etc., complete including cost of materials, labour, HOM of machineries and electrical charges, etc., complete as per specification.

Providing textured paint of approved quality, colour and shade to wall surface after cleaning and rubbing the wall surface with wire brush of medium size emerystone to remove all the loosely ahering particles, the surface is then cleaned with water and ensured that it is in line and level. The textured material is then mixed with 40-50% of clean water until a homogeneous thick slurry is formed, the textured finish prepared as above is then applied to the wall surface with suitable roller /spray/ gun/ putty/ blade /trowel to get the desired finish. The finished surface shall be applied with two coats of exterior apex paint of approved shade. The rate included providing and removing scaffolding, all lead and lift and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

W luminaire comprising of pressure decast/ extruded aluminium housing, with spring loaded false ceiling clamps, LED of Power/COB with CCT 6500 degree K, CRI> 70%. efficacy >100 lumen per watt, 120degree beam spread, life> 25000 burning hours and Compliance to IS 10322/IEC 60598, LM 79 & LM 80. The lamp compartment is enclosed with anti glare opal diffuser which enhances the lighting level. LEDs are driven by HF electronic driver integrated in a separate control gear assembly., with PF > 0.95, power loss should < 5% of lamp wattage., short circuit & open circuit protection to be integrated in the circuit, THD less than 20%, Life as per LM 79. The operating input voltage should be between 130 to 275 volts. BIS Approved and Tested by NABL/CPRI accredited laboratory with 2 years Warranty against any manufacturing defect working under standard electrical condition. LED lights 5 - 6 watts

KSRRB M200-24. Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials seperately complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 202

KSRB 2.6 : Providing and filling sand in foundation upto plinth to required depth for sub soil treatment including watering ramming with all lead and lift complete as per specifications.specification. No. KBS 2.10.2

KSRB 14.6-2 :Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 75mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per sqm over 50mm thick sand bed (average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level, including cost of materials, labour and HOM of machineries complete as per specifications. Supply & Installation of Flexible Median Markers made of combination of tough, high impact resistant molded thermoplastic body with U shape structure & rebound property & exposed body structure should be cornered rounded for better aesthetics. The flexible median marker shall have U shaped florescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 15 cm2. The reflective sheeting should confirm to Type XI Florescent Yellow sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 .The third party test report for reflective sheeting shall be submitted along with product information. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get damaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intentionally or unintentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both sides (becoming completely horizontal), it should be able to take minimum 500 stamping without any significant damage. The Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting/Drilling as recommended by manufacturer.

Supply & installation of Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic sheeting made of Yellow coloured flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens, formed in a transparent, synthetic resin, as retroreflective elements mounted on a Aluminum (AI) foil with a pre-coated pressure sensitive adhesive and easily removable liner,containing screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color in a continuous roll format and the sheeting shall be extremely flexible and easy to bend or wrap around obJects, capable of exhibiting very high conformability and non-returning dead-fold characteristics required for application on rough and uneven surfaces.

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 em, 60 em below ground level as per approved drawing.

Supply and fixing of Retro Reflective Single Arrow Road Name Signboard of size 1600mm x 900mm made out of retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 & as per IRC 67-2012 for full back ground of blue colour & white letters and fixed over 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame SS angle of 15mm x 20mm x 1.2mm, supported by 38mm OD stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos of vertical posts of 50 mm OD stainless steel pipe of 202 grade firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm in 1:1.5:3 ratio cement concrete. The background shall be blue in color with letters and border in white, the item includes earthwork excavation, cost of all materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete. as per direction of engineer incharge of work clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting from the sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 including outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting offered shall be submitted by the contractor for technical qualification in the tender

KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 803
