Repair of cracks
Forming groove by manual/ mechanical means of uniform size from 5 mm wide, 5 to 10 mm deep and removing the loose particles. Applying epoxy bonding coat of approved brand and manufactures specification on patch portion of the plastered wall surface - above plinth level. Filling with cement based crack filler including curing etc. (Dr. Fixit crack x - paste or its equivalent) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over th eplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding required to carryout the work at all heights)
