Supplying and Installing following sizes of perforated 1mm thick "C" Shaped Boxes made of MS Metal, with projections on the running sides for fixing, including required Shapes for Bend, Tee, Cross Member and Reducers to provide wherever necessary, painted with powder coating (as per wall paint colour) for covering the existing Telephone / Electrical / CCTV / Internet Cables / Wires on the wall, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, fixing on the wall with suitable size SS Screws using Wooden Gatta etc., as required. Supply, Installation, Successful Commissioning and Testing of LT Double Door IP55 Indoor Panel Box of size 36" (W) x 60" (H) x 20" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of red oxide & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint and consisting of items as mentioned in a) to j). The existing 50/70 sq.mm Incomer UG Cable shall be terminated as Incoming to 250A MCCB. The Output from the 250A MCCB shall be connected to 2 x 125A MCCBs with suitable range Individual Copper Cable / Tinned Copper Bus-Bars. The Output from one of the 125A MCCB shall be connected to 4 x 200 Ampere range Tinned Copper (TC) Bus-Bars for R, Y, B & N. From this TC Bus-Bars, the Sub-Circuits shall be tapped for Output. In the other 125A MCCB Output, 2 to 4 numbers of Sub-Circuits shall be connected directly (not through Bus-Bar). All existing Incoming & Out going Cables / Circuits to be connected back to the new LT Panel. A Separate Aluminium Bus-Bar for connecting the Sub-Circuits Earth Wires in the Panel and extended for 2 Inches outside the Panel on both sides, for connecting Bare Copper Wires from the Earthpit. 4 Nos of plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of UG cable(s), Cable Alley are to be made available. The panel shall be have individual hinges with locking arrangement doors for each MCB / MCCB distribution chamber within the compartment. The LT Box shall be mounted on the floor with total stand height of 0.75-1.5 Feet grouted to the floor, doors on front with locking arrangements & removable type on the rear side. The stand portion from the floor on all 4 sides shall be suitable covered with removable type metal sheet (screwed to the stand) painted with same colour as of LT Box. All visible Bus-Bars inside the Panel shall be suitably covered with the 6mm Hylem sheets from. 6" x 6" water proof vents shall be provided on both the sides of the Panel, covered with wire mesh from inside. The LT Panel is also included for Supply, Installation, Successfull Commissioning and Testing of 2 Numbers of suitable range Multifunctional 3 Phase, 4 Wire Electronic Trivector Energy Meter with Class 0.1 accuracy, required range of CTs, to read and record upto 250 Amps. One of the Meter shall be provided for the Mains, ie 250A MCCB and the other for the circuits connected to one of the 125A MCCB, as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. Important: All incoming / outgoing armoured cables / Sub-Main Circuits shall be terminated with suitable size copper / aluminium lugs (for copper cables / wires, coppler lugs and for aluminium cables / wires, aluminium lugs). Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick (apprx.10.5Kg) including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: a) 50Kg of charcoal / coke and 50 Kg of crystal sea salt for each earthpit b) The Copper Plate has to be Tin coated c) 2 runs 4.0mm dia Copper Wire to run upto the top of the pipe tightned with 2 Sets of SS nuts, bolts and washers on the copper plate d) 2 Sets on the GI Pipe and finally terminated to 2 Sets on the top of the pipe e) Masonary enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet made of Bricks,Sand and Cement with Metal Cover.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Aluminium Lugs and Brass Compression Gland Make: Dowells / Comet / Braco. Note: "Each" means all lugs for one end of the UG Cable. 3 1/2 x 35 sq. mm (32mm)
