Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of MCB Distribution Box of size 8" (W) x 8" (H) x 8" (D) made out 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint, suitable for 230V / 440V, AC to fix on surface / recess. The DB shall consist of Din Rail to fix 1 x 40Amps 2 Pole RCCB having a sensitivity current 30mA, 1 x 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB, "C" Curve, 10kA Breaking Capacity, 2 nos of blank plates and respective colour LED Indicator for the output tapped from R / Y / B Phase. The output from the RCCB to be connected to the MCB as Input with 6.0 sq.mm single core copper wires (Red & Black), duly terminated with copper lugs. The incoming earth wire from the mains should be terminated to the earth bolt / bar in the box with lugs. Single Door IP55 Indoor MCCB Box of size 12" (W) x 24" (H) x 12" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 1 No of 250A, 36KA Range 4P MCCB and 4 x 250A capacity Copper Bus-Bars for R,Y,B & N. The Bus-Bars should have minimum 4 sets of holes to connect Copper Cables / Wires of size from 10.0 sq.mm to 25.0 sq.mm. The Box should have provision for mounting on the wall with required hardware arrangements, locking arrangements for door, RYB LED Indicating Lamps, 2 nos of earth bolts on either side of the box, 3 numbers of removable plate at the top of the box for Cable/Wire entry, any fire proof sheet to cover the bus-bars, water proof vents on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside to avoid entry of any insects entering inside the box. Single Door IP55 Indoor MCCB Box of size 12" (W) x 24" (H) x 12" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 1 No of 100A, 30KA Range 4P MCCB and 4 x 200A capacity Copper Bus-Bars for R,Y,B & N. The Bus-Bars should have minimum 4 sets of holes to connect Copper Cables / Wires of size from 10.0 sq.mm to 25.0 sq.mm. Supply, Installation, Successful Commissioning and Testing of LT Double Door IP55 Indoor Panel Box of size 30" (W) x 36" (H) x 20" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of red oxide & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint and consisting of items as mentioned in a) to k). The newly laid 4 x 50 sq.mm Copper Cable shall be terminated as Incoming to 200A MCCB with suitable type copper lugs. The Output from the 200A MCCB shall be connected to 4 x 250A range using Individual Copper Cable / Copper Bus-Bars. From the Bus-Bar, inputs shall be tapped individually for all using 10.0 sq.mm FRLS multistrand copper wire along with suitable type of copper lugs and standard colour code of wiring, neatly dressed to 1 x 125A 4 Pole, 36KA MCCB, 2 x 63 Amps 4 Pole RCCB, 2 x 63 Amps 4 Pole MCB, 2 x 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB and 5 Pin 63 Amps Industrial Type Metal Clad Socket through one of the 63Amps 4 Pole RCCB. All new / existing out-going Cables / Circuits to be connected to this LT Panel. A Separate Aluminium Bus-Bar for connecting the Sub-Circuits Earth Wires in the Panel and extended for 2 Inches outside the Panel on both sides, for connecting Bare Copper Wires from the Earthpit should be provided. 4 Nos of plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of Copper / UG Cable(s), Cable Alley are to be made available. The panel shall be have individual hinges with locking arrangement doors for each MCB / RCCB / MCCB distribution chamber within the compartment. The LT Box shall be mounted on the floor with total stand height of 0.75-1.5 Feet grouted to the floor, doors on front with locking arrangements. The stand portion from the floor on all 4 sides shall be suitable covered with removable type painted metal sheet (screwed to the stand). All visible Bus-Bars inside the Panel shall be suitably covered with the 6mm Hylem sheets from. 6" x 6" water proof vents shall be provided on both the sides of the Panel, covered with wire mesh from inside. The LT Panel is also included for Supply, Installation, Successfull Commissioning and Testing of 1 number Of suitable range Multifunctional 3 Phase, 4 Wire Electronic Trivector Energy Meter with Class 0.1 accuracy, required range of CTs, to read and record upto 250 Amps. Important: All incoming / outgoing armoured cables / Sub-Main Circuits shall be terminated with suitable size copper / aluminium lugs (for copper cables / wires, coppler lugs and for aluminium cables / wires, aluminium lugs). Labour charges for digging 8 feet of depth below ground level, including hard soil, rocks, cement surface etc.,if any encountered, fixing the Item No:27, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:27 as required, already estimated under S.No.27).

Dismantling & taking down all Old Aluminium Electrical Wirings / Fans / Lights / Switch Boards / Telephone / Old Internet Wirings and respective related wirings, hardwares etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input and insulating the same, depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Auction / Electrical Section Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage. Note: While dismantling proper care should be taken, not to disturb the New Internet Network lines in all the rooms, however system engineer shall guide accordingly while dismantling as stated above.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal/ coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate has to be tinned, connected copper flats have to be brazed and only SS nut, bolts and washers to be used.
