The laying have already been considered under Main / Sub Serial nos of Item Nos:4, 17, 18 and to use Main / Sub Serial nos of Item Nos: 19 & 20 as required while laying at the site. Electrical Engineer-In Charge will give the Instruction. UG Cable Make: CCI / Polycab / Havells / Universal / KEI.

LT Double Door IP55 Indoor Panel Box of size 36" (W) x 36" (H) x 12" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 4 x 200 Amps Capacity Tinned Copper BusBar strips with 3 Phase colour coding and insulation. At the bottom, 1 No of 125A., 36KA Range 4P MCCB has to be provided. The output from the MCCB has to be connected to the BusBars either with same size & range Copper BusBar links / Copper Cables. Each Busbar to have 5 nos of holes at equal distance to connect UG Cables / Copper Wires of size from 10 Sq.Mm to 35 Sq.Mm. Din rail provisions has to be made to fix 5 Nos of 4 Pole MCBs / RCCBs to connect the outputs tapped from the BusBar. All plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of UG cables are to be made available for minimum of 3 sets of UG Cables. The Panel Box should have provision for mounting on the ground with total stand height of 1.5 Feet grouted to the floor, doors on both front & rear side with locking arrangements, RYB LED Indicating Lamps, Suitable Range Multifunctional 3 Phase, 4 Wire Panel Meter to read & display Voltage, Current etc., 2 nos of earth bolts on either side of the box, covering the Bus-bar visibility with 6mm Hylem sheets from inside, water proof vents on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside to avoid entry of any insects entering inside the box as required. LT Double Door IP55 Outdoor Panel Box of size 60" (W) x 72" (H) x 36" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 4 nos. of 800 Amps Capacity, Aluminium Busbar strips with proper colour coding and insulation. At the bottom,1 No of 800A., 50KA Range 4P MCCB has to provided. The Input side of 800A MCCB will be terminated with 2 x 400 Sq.Mm UG Al Cable. The output from the 800A MCCB has to be connected to the 800A BusBars with same size & range Aluminium BusBar links. From each of this Busbar, 250Amps Capacity Aluminium Busbar link has to be connected to the Four Numbers of 250A, 50KA, 4P MCCBs in the Panel individually. The output of 250A MCCB will be terminated with 95 Sq.Mm UG Cable. All plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of UG cables are to be made available for minimum of 4 sets of UG Cables. Single Door IP55 Indoor MCCB Box of size 24" (W) x 24" (H) x 12" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 1 No of 125A, 36KA Range 4P MCCB. The Box should have provision for mounting on the wall with required hardware arrangements, locking arrangements for door, RYB LED Indicating Lamps, 2 nos of earth bolts on either side of the box, water proof vents on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside to avoid entry of any insects entering inside the box. Supplying and fixing metal box of 100 mm (L) X 100 mm (H) X 60 (D) mm deep sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick (apprx.10.5Kg plate weight) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.
