Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 4 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead for all lead upto 10 kms including all lifts involved.

Removal of existing lighting control gangbox, light fixtures, exhaust fans etc., from the washroom, bathroom, handwash area along with electrical pipe and wiring after duly disconnecting the incoming electrical power from Hostel D & F Block Toilets without any damage as all these removed items are to be re-used as mentioned and estimated in Item No:2.

Successfull Refixing and Commissioning of electrical pipes, wiring, gangbox, fixtures, exhaust fan etc., which are removed from the washroom, bathroom, handwash area of Item No:1 to the respective Hostel D & F Block Toilets and to reconnect the incoming electrical line as required using suitable hardwares etc.,
