Supplying and Fixing of 32 Amps, Single Phase, 230V AC, 3 Pin Metal Clad Plug and Socket in sheet steel enclosure along with 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB, to fix on surface / recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete connections, testing and commissioning as required. Make & Model: Same as item no: 7

Labour charges for digging 8 feet of depth below ground level, including hard soil, rocks etc.,if any encountered, fixing the Item No: 13, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:13 as required, already estimated under S.No.13)

Dismantling & taking down wiring with all fittings, fixtures, existing Main switch board / distribution board etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input for the said Block / Room(s) and depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Institutes' Auction / E & MM Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage.

Supplying and fixing 40Amps, 2 Pole, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB / Main Panel etc., complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Make: Legrand / Schneider / ABB / L&T

Supplying and Fixing 63Amps, 415V AC, 10kA, "C" Curve, Triple Pole and Neutral (Four Pole) in a suitable size Double Door Metal Box made of 1.6mm thick sheet steel, in surface/ recess with suitable hardwares. Sufficient space to be provided for keeping the loop wires inside the box. The box has to be coated with primer and 2 coats of powder paint (Ivory / Siemens Grey) including provision for connecting earthing wire etc. as required. MCB Make: Same as Item No: 7.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of LT Distribution Panel Board made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel, angle iron, base frame duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint of Ivory / Siemens Grey colour over a coat of red oxide primer, panel shall be fixed to wall / surface with suitable anchor bolts and nuts or with suitable size MS stand as per site need. The panel shall have individual hinges with locking arrangement doors for each MCCB / MCB distribution chamber within the compartment including connecting all incoming & outgoing cables, cable alley, suitable size drip proof ventilations on the panel covered with wire mesh from inside. 2 sets of keys for each door. Important: All Mains / Sub-Mains / Outgoing armoured cables etc., shall be terminated with suitable size and type of copper lugs. The output from the 2P MCCB (Item b) to be connected to, 2 Nos of 200 Amps range Copper Bus-Bars with 25 sq.mm FRLS copper cable / wire duly terminated with copper lugs at both the ends and using proper color code for wiring. From this Copper Bus-Bar, through 10 sq.mm FRLS Copper Wire, the connections have to be made to 5 x 40A 2P MCBs (Item c), duly terminated with suitable lugs at both the end and using proper color code for wiring, individually, ie each of 40Amps 2 Pole MCB will be connected independently from the Bus-Bar as mentioned above. The Bus-Bar shall have enough holes for tapping. Also dummy provisions to be made to fix 2 x 4 Pole MCB in future with Din rail. An aluminium earth bus-bar to be provided at the bottom of the cable alley to connect the earth wires. The panel shall have the following fittings and accessories in the Compartment: a) 200 Amps range Copper Bus-Bar with 40mm x 5 mm with fire proof tape, mounted on individual bus-bar insulators. - 2 Nos. b) 125 A,16/30KA, 2P MCCB for Mains - 1 No c) 40 Amps, 10kA, 240V, 2P MCB for Outgoing - 5 Nos. d) LED Phase Indication Lamps (P&N) with Control- 1 Nos. e) Internal Wiring from Bus-Bar to & from MCB, MCCB etc., with suitable size & range of FRLS copper conductor cable as per the advice of Project In-Charge. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick (apprx. weight of the copper plate 10.5Kg) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure (with cement, sand and bricks) size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet; 50Kg of charcoal / coke and 50 Kg of sea salt for each earthpit; The copper plate has to be tin coated; the GI Pipe / Copper Flats have to be brazed to the plate; 2 runs 4.0mm dia Copper Wire to run upto the top of the pipe tightned with 2 Sets of SS nut, bolts and washers on the plate; 2 Sets on the GI Pipe and finally terminated to 2 Sets on the top of the pipe.
