Code04 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code05 - Providing and laying red oxide flooring 40 mm thick, with an under layer of 30mm thick M-15 cement concrete and top layer of 10mm thick plaster with 1:3 cement mortar mixed with red oxide finished with floating coat of neat cement mixed with red oxide ( mix of same proportion ) , including cost of materials, labour, curing, complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code06 - White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (one coats) as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code07 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 l/ 10 m²) on existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code08 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code09 - Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code10 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code11 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code12 - Lifting of struck up submersible pump set. Upto 300 ft. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code13 - Providing, Single Phase Submersible Pump Sets of 100mm dia (4 inch) suitable for bore well confirming to IS 8034-2000 specifications, to work site with testing of as per instructions of engineer incharge of work and latest amendments etc, complete. 1.50 HP/1.1KW, 20 STG. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code14 - Labour charges for Erection, Electrification and commissioning of Pump sets, including aligning and balancing of all items including supply and erection of two pair of supporting clamps, bore well caps, cable clips and water tight gland cable protectors, bolts, nuts, valve and gauges,tools and equipments etc., involved in the job as per specifications, with necessary tests as per specifications, with testing. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code15 - Repairs to steel Almirah with replacement of hinges, lock, handles including finishing and sheet metal work cost of materials. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code16 - Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified** Flamed finish granite stone slab Black, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code17 - Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code18 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code19 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code20 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 (M15) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code21 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code22 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code23 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade). Complete with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code24 - Providing and fixing MS ladder between landings, 45 cms wide using angle iron of specified sizes, 20mm MS bars at 25 cms. centre to centre, with necessary supports of same angle iron etc. as directed, including hand railing on both sides with 25mm dia. GI pipes with angle iron props at 2 mtrs. intervals and 0.5M heigh, including fixing in ground with CC 1:2:4 and two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint etc. with all lead and lifts etc. complete with: MS angle of 65 x 65 x 10mm.
