CNN004 - Manufacturing, supplying, laying in position, aligning, jointing, testingand commissioning of electric resistance welded / submerged arcwelded mild steel ( Fe-410 grade ) raising main pipe of specified diameter and plate thickness provided with flanges / outlets wherever required for connecting to manifold system / for fixing valves andprovided with 625 micron thick coat of Polyurethane paint for inner lining and inner surface, 25mm thick outer linning of CM 1:3 proportion by volume ( aggregate for outer lining shall be mixture of 80 percent natural sand and 20 percent 6 mm down crushed stone chips ) over 13 gauge 50 x 50 mm opening size weld mesh including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, bending, welding, cement mortar lining, finishing, curing, conveying to spot, lowering, aligning, jointing, arranging water for testing, hydraulic testing at manufacturing site and after laying and jointing at specified test pressure & all necessary works complete as per specifications and approved drawings. CNN005 - Providing and fixing DI Resilient seated soft sealing SLUICE VALVE ofvariouis dia. with body bonnet of Ductile Iron (DI) conforming ti IS-1865with the latest amendments and of grade GGG 40/50, shaft of stainless steel, wedge fully rubber lined with EDPM seals of NBR and the valvesshould be vacum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per IS 14846-2000 with the latest amendments only. The stem sealing should be with toroidal sealing rings (minimum 2 " O " rings). Body and bonnet should be coated with Electrostatically applied Epoxy Powder Coating with minimum coating thickness of 250 micron both inside and outside. The rate is inclusive of cost of valves, T.P set, galvanized bolts & nuts and rubber insertions etc. but excluding earth work. For PN-16: (Note: TP set should be considered only for DI pipes estimate. For MS pipes estimates, TP sets cost of corresponding dia shall be deducted from the SR rates of valves and provision for corresponding dia MS flanges should be made in the estimate.) etc. complete 350mm dia PN16, With all lead and lift as diredted by Engineer in charge

CNN006 - Providing and fixing of Single/ Double chamber triple function tamperproof (Both the orifces to be housed in the single chamber) Air valveswith Body and cover in Ductile cast iron of grade GGG 40/ 50. All internal parts such as float, shell with appurtenances., all cover bolts of austenitic alloy / SS 304 steel, DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON / SS 304 and gaskers and seals of EPDM. Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL5005. The valves should be designed for all the three functions i.e., 1. Large orifice for venting of large air volumes on start up. 2. Largeorifice for intake of large air volumes. 3. Small orifice for discharge ofpressurized air during operation.For PN 16.0 etc. complete 100mm dia PN16, With all lead and lift as diredted by Engineer in charge

CNN008 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. CNN009 - Additionalities for Formwork, Centering & Scaffolding for Sub structure including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour, hire, charges of machineries and equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges transportation and all other incidental charges etc. complete the work shall carried out as per technical detailed specfications and as per direction of engineer in charge.

CNN010 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. CNN011 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers notexceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming afterwatering with a lead upto 50 m, and lift upto 1.5 m.
