004 - Removing and resetting of precast kerb stones fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finished in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra) complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

005 - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead (iv) Dismantling Stone Masonry By Manual means Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

006 - Lead for disposal of earth shall be payable at Carriage rates (Lead & Lift) by mechanical means including loading and unloading up to 15kms complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

007 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) With Available stone masonry complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

008 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

009 - Providing Flush/ Ruled pointing: Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

010 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

011 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

012 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 Using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

013 - Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete covering slabs of 10cm thick made out of M25 with OPC cement @ 340 Kgs per Cum, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.70 cum abd fine aggregates @ 0.74 cum with super plasticisers, machine mixed, including providing and removing centring, shuttering, strutting propping etc., for edges of slabs with TMT steel (Fe500) cost & reinforcement charges, including finishing as required with cost of all materials, labhour, all lead and lift,HOM of machinery, curing, including cost of reinforcement etc., (Excluding GST and Area Loading Charges) complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

014 - Providing B S slabs of selected quality roughly dressed having a size of 10cms thick and fixed in cement mortar(1:6) including fixing curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the work (Excluding GST and Area Loading Charges) complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

015 - Providing one line dressing to granite stone slab/granite stone masonry as per specifications as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the work (Excluding GST and Area Loading Charges) complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

016 - Providing Machine Cutting edges to BS slab 2.5 cms wide as per specifications. (only chamfered length shall be recorded) inclusive of all Taxes complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the work (Excluding GST and Area Loading Charges) complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

017 - Providing and fixing pre cast solid cement concrete kerb stones made out of M20 with top and bottom width 114 and 165 mm respectively, 400mm high and 450mm in length finished with CM 1:3 plastering and finishing cutting including formwork, curing, including cost of materials, labour charges of machinery, loading and unloading, lead and lift, transportation etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the work (Excluding GST and Area Loading Charges) complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

018 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

019 - Compacting original ground supporting embankment Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

020 - Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ m3, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

021 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

022 - Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

023 - Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces : Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces complete with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.
