CKP04 - Providing and fixing pre cast solid cement concrete kerb stones made out of M20 witht top and bottom width 114 and 165 mm respectively, 400mm high and 450mm in length finished with CM 1:3 plastering and finishing cutting, including formwork,curing, including cost of all materials, labhour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead and lift, trasportation etc., complete. as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the work

CKP05 - Precast Cement Concrete Interlocking Blocks : Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerincharge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately if necessary as per relevant technical specification). complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP06 - Providing and laying & fixing cement base, precast, pre polished cement concrete designer tiles 25mm thick confirming to IS 1237 heavy duty tiles for flooring, treads of steps and landing, laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3, mis finished with flush pointing using white cement, including cost of materials, including cutting, grinding the edge to half/full round wherever required, labhour, complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP07 - Lead for disposal of earth shall be payable at Carriage rates (Lead & Lift) by mechanical means including loading and unloading up to 15kms. complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP08 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

CKP09 - Hydraulic Excavator of 0.9 m3 bucket. complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP10 - Tipper-5.5m3 complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP11 - Sand - M- Sand complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP12 - Supplying 20mm down size. complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP13 - Supplying 40mm down size. complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP14 - Supply of Material component Cement (OPC/PPC/PSC) for all road works. complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.

CKP15 - Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete covering slabs of 23cm thick made out of M25 with OPC cement @340kgs/Cum, with 20mm down size graded metal coarse aggregates @ 0.70cum and fine aggregates & 0.74cum with superplasticizers machine mixed including providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., for edges of slabs with TMT steel (Fe 500) cost & reinforcement charges, including pointing with CM 1:3 finishing as required with cost of all materials, labour all lead and lift HOM of machinery curing including cost of reinforcement etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work

CKP16 - Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete covering slabs of 10cm thick made out of M25 with OPC cement @ 340 Kgs per Cum, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.70 cum abd fine aggregates @ 0.74 cum with super plasticisers, machine mixed, including providing and removing centring, shuttering, strutting propping etc., for edges of slabs with TMT steel (Fe500) cost & reinforcement charges, including finishing as required with cost of all materials, labhour, all lead and lift,HOM of machinery, curing, including cost of reinforcement etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

CKP17 - Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and as per the direction of engineer in charge of the work.
