004 - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead (P.10, Sl.No.2.10(B), Vol.3, SR:2023.24) Dismantling Stone Masonry Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

005 - Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 m3 in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials and stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

006 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir draft, approach channels, key trench, foundation of Bridges and such similar works, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off or leveling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work In ordinary/soft rock without blasting upto 1.5 m depth and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

007 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

008 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Using available stones and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

009 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

010 - Providing ruled pointing to cursed stone masonry with lime mortar 1:3, 20mm deep, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining, including cost all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, curing complete as pre specification and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

011 - Providing BS Slabs of selected quality roughly dressed having a size of 10 cms thick and fixed in cement mortar (1:6) including fixing curing etc, complete as direced by the Engineer in charge of work (Excluding GST & Area Leading charges).

012 - Providing One line dressing to granite stone slab/ granite stone masonry as per speciication and as directed by the Engineeer in charge of the work (Excluding GST & Area Leading charges)

013 - Providing machine cutting edges to stone slab 2.5cms, wide as per specificaions. (Only chamfered length shall be recorded) inclusive of all taxes complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work (Excluding GST & Area Leading charges).

014 - Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub. base over a prepared sub.grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 14:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 140 kg/ m3 , optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 7 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8.10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

015 - Construction of un.reinforced plain cement concrete pavement using RMC M.30 grade with OPC at 270 kg/m3 and GGBSat 90 kg/m3 (75:25 proportion) as per approved mix design procedure and thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base. The superplastisiser confirming to IS 9103.1999 Reaffirmed.2008 ,Coarse aggregates and Fine aggregate confirming to IS:383.2016, transported to site, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers and compacted using needle, suitable plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of separation membrane and Hessian cloth finishing to lines and grades complete including cost of all materials, labour, all lead & lift, loading charges as per specification & direction of Engineer . incharge of the work. (Groove cutting shall be paid seperately)

016 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:2:4 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

017 - Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete covering slabs of 10cm thick made out of M25 with OPC cement at 340 Kgs per Cum, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.70 cum and fine aggregated at 0.74 cum with super plasticisers, machine mixed, including providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting propping etc, for edges of slabs with TMT steel (Fe500) cost & reinforcement charges, including finishing as required with cost of all materials, labour, all lead and lift HOM of machinery, curing including cost of reinformcement, etc, comltge as directed by the Engineer in charges of the work. 018 - Loading and Unloading of Stone Boulder/Stone aggregates/ Sand/Kankar/Moorum. (Tipper 10 m3) and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.
