GROUND IMPROVEMENT WORKS

Stone Column works for Vertical Tanks-Providing & installing min. 800 mm compacted dia. stone columns, using Vibro-Floatation technique, of approximate 6m to 9m depth from the working ground level as per the directions of site-in-charge and enclosed specification with supply of crushed stone well graded aggregate of 50 mm down size to 8 mm as per approved construction procedure and specifications including all labour, materials,transportation, consumables, equipments, disposal of surplus materials, stacking of stones for measurement etc. complete. This also includes setting up and execution of one set of initial field trial works and monitoring of the trial works and submission of trial report, etc. The installed columns for the field trials shall be measured and paid as per method of measurement. This also includes Mobilisation of all Plant & Equipments , tools and tackles, personnel , including cranes , generator etc. complete in all respects required for all types of field tests/investgations, testing and demobilsation at the end of work for installation of vibro stone columns etc as per job requirement. drawings ,specifications and as per direction of site incharge.

( CONTINUE FROM ABOVE) The job also includes re-validation of design output data like length of vibro stone columns / number of stone columns etc, if any, due to site condition or based on initial as well as job pile load test along with all computation and backup data, and construction procedure of the proposed method of treatment. This item also includes preliminary setup, erection and commissioning all necessary plant, equipment, tools for vibro stone column works including personnel etc. at site. The job include preparation of working platform level due to shallow ground water table. .If any additional mobilization / demobilization machines and equipments are required as per site conditions, the same shall be done at no extra cost. The item includes design, preparation & submission of other documents like Method statements, post assessment reports, quality documents like field quality plan, ITP.
