Co-ordination & Taking LC from CESC, towards removal of Aerial fuses on CESC pole, disconnection of power cables from existing metering arrangement, excavation of soil near the Meter board (approx up to 3 to 5 Mtrs) for re-routing and laying the cable on surface / recess and connecting it to the new TP meter board, making terminations, testing etc as reqd.

b).Laying direct in ground including excavation of soil and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 meter long, 40 mm dia 'B' Class including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering funnel etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (For Body & LA)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI Wire on surface/in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 5 - 30Amps, 3 Phase 4 Wire 50 Hz, Direct Reading Digital Energy meter suitable for measuring sanctioned load as per CHESCOM specification, approved make & model, suitable to read Energy parameters i/c testing of meter as per CHESCOM requirements as reqd. (for BTS at ZTTC TSQ Mysore) (The meter shall be as per the CESC requirements, supplier has to produce all necessary documents to CESC for servicing the installation)

Supply & fixing Cable Pot head of Cast Iron suitable for the following size Power Cable i/c filling bitumen compound, to avoid water entry in to the Cable complete etc as reqd. a).4 X 25/35 Sqmm

Supply and Laying of following size FRLS PVC insulated Sheathed Multistrand Copper Conductor wire in existing panel/ meterbox for inter-connection wiring etc as reqd. (Make: Polycab/ Havells OR SS) a). 4x10 Sqmm

Supplying and Fixing of 63 A Porcelain Aerial Fuses -03Nos with 1No suitable Neutral Link, fixed in a suitable size insulated fibre enclosure with necessary hardware /supports etc to the feeder Pillar body i/c connections testing complete as reqd.

SITC of Factory made/ CHESCOM approved Tamper Proof Meter box confirming to CESC design and requirements for OUTDOOR metering purpose, to receive 30kW,3ph, LT Power Supply made of 16 gauge MS sheet of size Minimum 950mm X 900mm X 250mm (HxBxD) having the following provisions, earthing terminal, with all hinged doors, provision of holes for cable entry at bottom, rubber gasket for doors with necessary fastners, painted with CESC approved colour paint, sign writing, danger notice display on Meter Box with vinyle type stickering, as per CESC specifications etc as reqd. Fuse chamber having with 3 Nos 100Amps Porcelain fuse cutouts with base and 1 No neutral link and Provision of din Rail to accommodate 63A TPN MCB (inside the chamber) / 4 term terminal Connector- 1no / Outgoing cable knockouts etc. Make : Anchor iv). Making inter-connections from Busbars to Meter/ Fuse cutouts with suitable gauge PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable for extension of supply etc. v). Control Wiring from Bus bars CT's to Meter section with suitable gauge PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable for Metering purpose

Making Base frame stand arrangement with MS angle iron/ Flat i/c cutting, welding, fabricating, prdg cement concrete to the legs of the stand etc as reqd. a).35mm X 35mm X 5mm MS angle iron

Laying of Existing rigid HDPE/PLB/PVC/UPVC pipe with necessary acessories for the protection of armoured UG cable in the following ways as per dept specification etc as reqd. (Note: Pipe will be issued from Department Stores) a). Direct in ground i/c excavation of soil, refilling the trench etc.

Supplying & Fixing of 4 Nos 75/5 Amps, 3.75VA, Class 0.5 or 0.5S accuracy, Ring Type LT, CTs (Current transformers) suitable for operation on single Phase, 50Hz AC supply in the existing TP meter box, with inner dia suitable for 100A Al bus bar i/c providing CT test certificates (Mfr & CESC), making wiring in secondary side with 2.5Sqmm pvc insulated copper wires, ferrules, suitable size round lugs, providing insulating supports to the CTs inside the busbar chamber complete etc as reqd. Make of CT's: Kalpa/Volt-Amps/BSNL Appd ) (For VijayaNagar 4th Stage BTS & TE Shaktinagar, Mysore) (Note: This item is OPTIONAL for T/E Shakthinagar,may be operated after CONSENT from JTO/SDEE ONLY)

Supplying & Providing electrical insulation grade Alkathene tubes/ PVC sleeves 15/18 mm dia for jump cable cores on the pole for protection as reqd.

Cutting the cement concrete flooring/ path way of depth as required at site, excavation of soil below concrete, taking out excavated soil, Laying pipe & refilling the trench, Providing cement concrete of proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size) & making good damages etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 32 Amps rating 4 pole MCB, 240/415 volts, 10kA, 'C' Curve suitable for inductive load in the existing Meter Box/ DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Standard/ Havells OR BSNL approved make)

Supplying and Fixing of colour coated corrugated GI sheet of standard gauge factory made with curved inclination at one end fixing above meter board in sloped roof for protection against direct rain waterfall with suitable fastners etc as reqd. (Make: JSW/ TATA OR BSNL approved make) [ For BTS RTTC & TE Vijayanagar]

Laying of one number PVC Insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor single / three phase 1.1KV class 50Hz AC armoured UG cable of following size as per dept specification. (.Up to 35 Sqmm 1.1Kv UG Cable ) a).Laying in the existing METAL/PVC/ pipe/Panel as required.

SITC of Factory made Weather proof Meter box with hinged door made of Thermosetting plastic / SMC sheet to receive 6kW,3Ph, LT Power Supply of Outer Side size minimum 455 x 380 x 205mm depth and Inner Side size minimum 400 x 300 x 190mm to accommadate 3Phase 4 Wire Energy Meter and TPN MCB with provision of holes for cable entry at bottom, rubber gasket for door with necessary fastners, sign writing on Meter Box with Vinyl type stickering etc as reqd. (Make: Sintex, Product Code: GSMB 4030 OR Similar superior make) (for BTS at ZTTC TSQ Mysore)

c).Laying and fixing on wall surface/ CECS Pole as required.

Providing and fixing 6SWG dia GI Wire on surface/in recess for loop earthing as required.
