Servicing of existing 12.5HP, 3phase, 415 Volts Monoblock Centrifugal Pumpset in the pump room i/c Dismantling from base channel, associated suction pipe, priming arrangements, disconnecting power connections, taking it to Workshop , reviving the Motor winding by application superior quality insulation grade Varnish to the Stator winding, providing new -1No,GM(Gun-metal bush) , Supplying & fixing pair(2Nos) of new bearings , replacement of gland packing near shaft , checking the Impeller condition & cleaning it , checking the fastners and replacement of minor spares if any , testing the insulation levels , ITC at Site , complete as reqd. Bearings ( SKF/NBC Make Only)

Supply and Fixing of Fully Automatic Star-Delta starter control panel with the following features and protection facility, suitable for operation of pumps up to 15 HP, 3 ph with Thermal Over load relay (Range 13 to 22 Amp) fixed in a company fabricated metal enclosure for operation on 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, fixing the same in existing pump room on surface making connections, Sign writing , testing complete etc reqd. (Make:-L&T, Model: MU-G15 FASD or Similar Superior Make).
