ITC of above 63 KVA E/A set along with all accessories such as DG Control panel on surface of wall OR On existing MS stand/ angle frame if available, Fuel tank, fuel lines, Positioning and Fixing the silencer to the DG set, cable connections i/c making CC floor cutting/ chipping for positioning the MS stand/ frames of DG panel/ Fuel tank if required and making good the damages, test run on No-load and existing Exge load, checking Engine firing order, speed, frequency, voltage regulation, functional parameters, fine tuning the same etc and finally running the DG set for 2hours after stability with available Exge load and recording parameters like frequency,Voltage, Current, etc. Observation of fuel/lube Oil leakages if any, unusual noise & rectification of the same etc complete as reqd.

Repair of faulty 12 Volts Dynamo of DG set i/c transportation to work shop to and fro, replacement of Commutator, set of carbon brushes with cutouts, fixing the same to the DG set and testing, checking the output voltage complete etc as reqd. (Optional Item may be supplied after consent of SDE/JTO(Ele) at Site)

ITC of above Canopized water Cooled 160 kVA Cummins DG set alongwith with its all accessories such as floor mounted MV Control panel, MS stand/ angle frame if available i/c fixing existing GI sheet roof assembly over control panel, Positioning & Fixing the silencer to the DG set, cable connections, testing on no- load & existing Exge load, checking Engine firing order, speed, voltage regulation, functional parameters, tuning the same, Running the DG set for 2hours with available Exge load and recording parameters like frequency,Voltage, Current, etc and finally Running the DG set for 2hours after stability with available Exge load and recording parameters like frequency,Voltage, Current, etc. Observation of fuel/lube Oil leakages if any, unusual noise & rectification of the same etc complete as reqd.

Removing of plants and weeds and levelling of the soil dunes of complete vacant, to attain a clean and plain land area adjacent to 500kVA DG sets with the aid of JCB for a complete duration of 3hours to position and keep the dismantled 500kVA DG set and to make space for the 160kVA DG set etc as reqd.

Supplying and positioning the Pre-cast Cement Solid Blocks of size 6"x8"x16" i/c transportation to Gokulam site to place the dismantled 500kVA DG set to avoid rain water on ground from entering into the DG Canopy etc as reqd.

Supplying and Wrapping the good Extra Strong Quality PVC/ Polythene Waterproof sheet to cover the dismantled 500kVA DG set to avoid the entry of rodents/ birds / rain water etc as reqd.
