Supplying 4 Feet 36 Watt cool white LED tube light suitable for 230v 50Hz AC supply i/c dismantling the old fitting testing and commissioning etc., as required [HAVELLS or S.S. Make ] [Note :- Fixing will be done under item No-1]

Carrying out comprehensive annual maintenance of following types of AC units including all items in the refrigeration cycle viz compressor, condenser coil, condenser fan, Expansion valves / capillary tube, Evaporator coil, Blower fan, Thermostats, all valves wherever applicable and all interconnecting copper refrigerant piping etc as per the specifications / conditions of the contract and as per details given in relevant sections by deploying service staff when required i/c specialized manpower and supplying and fixing required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plants and other consumables viz lubrication oil and welding / pressure testing gases to keep the AC units and connected equipments operational up to the required standards as per the maintenance schedule detailed in the comprehensive maintenance document along with -starters & stabilizers etc. as required a) 1.5 TR Split/WAC both invertor and Non-invertor types (Rates should be quoted for 1 Month)

b) 5 TR Ductable Split AC (Conference Hall ) (Rates should be quoted for 1 Month)

Servicing of Fuel Injection Pump and Injectors including replacing the spares like D Valve, Elements, Plungers, bearing, Nozzels, gaskets and 'O' rings etc., as required.
