Supply of Ductable type [Concealed] Ceiling /Wall Mounting type 1.5 TR Capacity, Inverter type, Split Air Conditioner unit with Rotary / Scroll type compressor and minimum cooling capacity not less than 18000 BTU/ Hr with minimum EER-9.5 BTU/w-hr and having static pressure not less than 45 Pascal and the AC unit with pre-charged Eco-friendly R-410A Or Equivalent refrigerant gas with 3 Meters length of copper refrigerant pipe with foam insulation as per the standard IS specification. [The Copper refringent pipe beyond 3 Meters length shall be paid extra on actual linear measurement basis]. The Evaporator (Indoor) / Condenser (Out Door) coils shall have copper refrigerant tubes/ pipes only , including supply & fixing of powder coated Air deflection grill of suitable gauge MS sheet for closure of the above AC unit's supply Air portion, including necessary associated items as required and including AC unit transportation to sites at various location under Karnataka Telecom Circle with loading and unloading, topping-up of refrigerant gas, if necessary, i/c 2 Nos Mandatory Free Service to be carried out during First year period ie: From actual date of completion work to till end of first year etc., as required. [Rate shall be inclusive of GST] "The unit shall have 12 Months manufacturer's / supplier's warrant including PCB board and Compressor warranty is minimum 5 Years. Make:- Carrier / Daiken / Hitachi / O-General / Blue star / Voltas / Mitsubishi Electric India / Mitsubishi Heavy Industries / Panasonic / LG Electronic / Samsung.

ITC of Ductable type [Concealed] Ceiling /Wall Mounting type 1.5 TR 1.5 TR inverter type Split AC unit with scroll / rotary compressor AC unit complete with all accessories including shifting the indoor and outdoor units to the required location, fixing with suitable size Nuts -Bolts, Screws, fasteners, along with laying copper piping (upto 3.00 mtrs) and Electrical cables and making its connections, including Civil work if any such as making hole on wall, etc as required., closing the hole to prevent the entry of insects, neat finishing, i/c vacuumisation, purging, charging the circuit with existing refrigerant gas, checking leakage, testing commissioning etc as required etc., as required.

Supplying & fixing of additional suitable size copper refrigerant pipe (other than supplied with unit) of size 1/4" and 1/2", including providing suitable foam insulation for suction and discharge including Joining and flaring to the existing pipe testing, commissioning etc., as required.
