Primer Coat: Providing and applying of two component, primer by mixing resin and hardner at a ratio of 1 : 3 and also thinned with water upto 100% by weight. Epoxy primer is applied @ 180 - 200grams per sqm. It is a sealer cum primer coat & acts as a anti dust layer, which enhances the substrate to have a good bonding with waterproofing coating (Main Assembly Building - Terrace & Peripheral Gutters).

PU Waterproof Coating : Supplying and applying PU coating, Mechanical, Thermal, Chemical, UV and weather resistant properties based on elastomeric polyurea polyurethane hybrid chemistry, with minimum elongation of 280%, tensile strength of 2.7Mpa. The system consists of applying the waterproofing treatment to 1.6 kg/sq.m. The coating is to be continued from coving joint to end of parapet wall. Waterponding test : Post Completion of waterproofing activities, the substrate needs to be checked for water tightness & Leak free condition, to ensure it. Allow the water to flood on the treated area for about 48 - 72 hrs . (Main Assembly Building - Terrace & Peripheral Gutters)

Slope Correction: Saturating the entire surface with water, marking the area were ever slope water stagnation is happening, Hocking the surface to make it rouch, cleanin the surface to remove the dust, applying tow coat of bonding agent, Finally doing plaster using repair morter to the required thickness. Note: 30% of Total area considered for slope correction (Main Assembly Building - Terrace Gutters).

Elastomeric WaterProofing : Supplying and applying single component, elastomeric, acrylic fibre reinforced waterproofing & anticarbonation dampproof coating with minimum elongation of 220% as per ASTM D412 and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 1mm and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. The system consists of self priming with 33% dilution followed by two undiluited coatings complete as per manufacturers specification (Main Assembly - Exterior Walls and Shipping Building - Chajjas, Parapet Wall & Gutters).

Providing, fixing, drilling packers and injecting PU Injection grouting necessary damped surface as per manufacture specificaiton with Engineer in charge. Beams @ Staircase Headroom (Shipping Building).

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Main Assembly Building - Peripheral walls, Roofs beams below Terrace gutters and Shipping Building - Parapet wall, Gutters).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. & maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding (Main Assembly & Shipping Building).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead (Main Assembly & Shipping Building).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.mtrs and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Main Assembly & Shipping Building).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (Main Assembly Building).

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Main Assembly Building).

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos cement sheet (Main Assembly Building).

Collecting conveying of debris / building rubbish, earth and excavated rocks etc., complete from factory premises to outside upto 20 kms lead including loading, unloading, all labours, hire charges of machinery etc., complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1 : 1½ : 3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Main Assembly Building).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (Main Assembly Building).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work (Peripheral Gutter walls on West Side of Main Assembly Building)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level (Peripheral Gutter walls on West Side of Main Assembly Building).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) - Peripheral Gutter walls on West Side.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes - 110 mm diameter (Main Assembly Building).

Providing and appling acrylic polymer based crack fillers on exterior/interior walls with cleaning & raking out all the crack/joints (Main Assembly & Shipping Building).

Providing heat reflective aluminium paint of one or more coat over existing APP membrane on shell roof including sealing hairline cracks and surface preparation (Main Assembly Building - Shell Roof).

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.
