REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE:
a) All RCC shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications.
b) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and formwork unless otherwise mentioned.
c) All course aggregate to be 20mm maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned.
d) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following, without any extra cost to the Dept.
i) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe
ii)Bends, fan hooks, other pipe specials etc supplied by the Department
iii)Cut outs in slabs, construction joints etc
iv)All exposed concrete surfaces shall be closely hacked as per specifications and as directed by the EIC
Reinforced cement concrete of all grade conforming to IS 456-2000, at all floors and levels using granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications, but excluding the cost of form work and steel reinforcement (which shall be paid under relevant item). The minimum cement content shall be 350 kg/Cu M for all types of grades and structural elements.
