1.1 - Manual Means - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting Each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m, and lift upto 1.5 m. 4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollerto achieve the desireddensity. 2.18.II.A - Dismantling of Flexible Pavements - Dismantling of Flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials and stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately - By Mechanical Means - Bituminous course. 2.19 - Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavement - Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 m3 in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials and stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 202 ---- Amount put to tender is exclusive of GST rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST

4.2.1 - Providing and laying Ductile Iron pipes of class conforming to IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments, conveying to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations, cutting of pipes wherever necessary, jointing with DI specials (excluding cost of specials) and rubber gaskets, cleaning the socket and spigot end with soap solution, applying soft soap to the socket and spigot ends before insertion of rubber gaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect conditions etc. The cost to include soap solution, soft soap, waste etc. and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS with all lead and lifts and cost of all jointing materials. (The contractor will make his own arrangements for water for testing. Earth work excavation in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately) Note: In sewerage projects for internal cement mortal lining ( CML ) of DI pipes, if High Alumina Cement ( HAC ) as recommended in Annexure B clause 16.3 of IS8329:2000 is considered in place of Slag or Sulphate Resistance Cement ( SRC ), the cost of pipes may be increased by 5-6% from the prices listed. For DI K9 pipes: 100mm dia pipe ---- Amount put to tender is exclusive of GST rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST

4.2.2 - Providing and laying Ductile Iron pipes of class conforming to IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments, conveying to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations, cutting of pipes wherever necessary, jointing with DI specials (excluding cost of specials) and rubber gaskets, cleaning the socket and spigot end with soap solution, applying soft soap to the socket and spigot ends before insertion of rubber gaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect conditions etc. The cost to include soap solution, soft soap, waste etc. and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS with all lead and lifts and cost of all jointing materials. 5.6.i.A - Bituminous Macadam Grading - I for traffic <20 MSA - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 120 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. 6.5 - Pavement Quality M30 grade Concrete (RMC) with OPC & GGBS laid using Paver - Construction of M30 Grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC @ 270 kg/m3 and GGBS@ 90 kg/m3, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with a paver finisher, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, curing compound, steel channels, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. ---- Amount put to tender is exclusive of GST rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST
