code01 - Work of Operation and Maintenace of the RO plant, with the following works on revenue sharing model Duties and Responsibilties: 1.Providing adequate manpower for the smooth operation of RO plants. 2.Replacement of membrane as per the plant requirement as and when necessary and as per the IS standards. 3.Filters and Antiscalent repalcement as per the quality norms as and when necessary and as per the IS standards. 4.periodical Acid and chemical wash as and when necessary for plant working and IS standards. 5.Coin box, Control panel repairs and pipeline leakage repairs as and when required. 6.Multi port valve (MPV), Solenoids and FLOATS service/replacement as and when required. 7.Technical preventive maintenance for uninterrupted operation of RO plants. 8.Periodical Water quality lab check as per the IS standards and submission of reports as per BWSSB instructions. 9.Electrical repair costs such as fuse, lighting, MCB, wiring and other repairs. 10.Miscelleneous cost. 11.Customer interface and all associated repairs, services & Maintenance as per BWSSB instructions. 12.Citizen grievance redressal via QR integration & Helpline numbers as per BWSSB instructions. Total no of RO plant in the O&M -3 is 58 nos.
