No4 - Supplying and fixing of DI Resilient seated soft sealing sluice valves with boddy bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG50, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM & seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163 - 89/IS 14846-2000 /DIN 3202 f4/f5 the stem sealing should be with toroldal sealing rings (minimum 2 "O" rings). all the valves should be with electro static power coating both insidde and outside with pocket less body passage. The rate is inclusive of cost of valve, flanged spigots, MJ Collars, bolts and nuts, rebber insertions, excluding earthworks. a)100mm dia DI valve

No5 - Manufacturing, providing, transporting, lowering, laying and jointing, testing and commissioning of MS specials confirming to IS 7322:1985 with latest amendments, perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position including cost and conveyance of materials with all lead and lifts, cost of all labour and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589:2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure both at factory and site etc., complete as per detailed specification with inside lining two coats of food grade epoxy painting of approved make with each coat minimum 250 micron, thick (after dry) over one coat of food grade epoxy primer of approved make with minimum of 50 micron thick (after dry) & outside 25mm thick coating in CM 1:3 by providing 50x50mm weld mesh including loading and unloading of pipes for the following category to suit PSC/MS/CI/AC/DI/PVC pipes. The rates are inclusive of all taxes and duties. The weight of the MS shell only be considered before lining and coating for arriving at the rate. The thickness of the plate will be specified by the engineer. (Contractor will make his own arrangement for procurring water for testing) a)Upto & inclusive of 500 mm dia of pipe

No6 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work

No7 - Supplying of MJ DI Specials suchh as branches ,bends ,suitable for the DI K9& K7 pipes and CI LA Class pipes as per IS 13382 with latest amendments with complete accessories and fixing at site excluding earth work including loading and unloading at both the locations icluding loading and unloading at both the locations ,including freight charges , etc complete. a)DI MJ specials - collar 100 mm dia

No9 - DI MJ specials -Bend 100 x 90 degree

No10 - DI MJ specials -100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm

No11 - 100mm Dummy cap

No12 - Refiiling available earth around trenches/pipelines,cables in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming ater watering with a lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m. Including cost of all albour complete as per speciications.

No13 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stones aggregate to wet mixmacadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed method of tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specification.

No14 - Providing and applying tack coat with RSI Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg/m² on Granular surface.

No15 - Providing and Laying Bituminous concrete with 120 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch using crushed aggregates of specified grading, pre-mixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.2 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respect. Bituminous concrete grading I for traffic less than 20 MSA.
