No5 - Supplying and fixing of DI Resilient seated soft sealing sluice valves with boddy bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG50, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM & seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163 - 89/IS 14846-2000 /DIN 3202 f4/f5 the stem sealing should be with toroldal sealing rings (minimum 2 "O" rings). all the valves should be with electro static power coating both insidde and outside with pocket less body passage. The rate is inclusive of cost of valve, flanged spigots, MJ Collars, bolts and nuts, rebber insertions, excluding earthworks. a)100mm dia DI valve

No7 - Manufacturing, providing, transporting, lowering, laying and jointing, testing and commissioning of MS specials confirming to IS 7322:1985 with latest amendments, perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position including cost and conveyance of materials with all lead and lifts, cost of all labour and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589:2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure both at factory and site etc., complete as per detailed specification with inside lining two coats of food grade epoxy painting of approved make with each coat minimum 250 micron, thick (after dry) over one coat of food grade epoxy primer of approved make with minimum of 50 micron thick (after dry) & outside 25mm thick coating in CM 1:3 by providing 50x50mm weld mesh including loading and unloading of pipes for the following category to suit PSC/MS/CI/AC/DI/PVC pipes. The rates are inclusive of all taxes and duties. The weight of the MS shell only be considered before lining and coating for arriving at the rate. No20 - Provding house connection with excavation in all types of soils without damaging the other ulitilies and supplying and aying 25mm OB MDPE pipe (PE80) manufactured in accordance with ISO 4427-1996 with minimum required strength of 8 Mpa, hydraulic design stress of 6.3 Mpa and with minimum wall thickness of 2.3mm by making the bore of 15mm dia. size on the Board's supply mains if 100mm dia using drilling bits or machines only and laying the pipe line at a depth not less than 0.45 mtrs. from the road surface, including providing 40mm dia. "A class GI pipe as casing over the MDPE pipe from the bore point and upto the entrance of the premises and removeing the stone slab covering of the drain and dismantling the size stone mansonry wherever necessary and making bore in the wall of the premiss. On entering the premises, connection should be continued with 20mm GI pipe by making "U" shape for the meter point below the ground level by making pit with sufficient space for the easy installation and removal of the water meter and providing vartical stand pipes on both sides of the mater. The connection should be secured firmly on the Board's main pipe with SS/Brass ferrule of size 1/2"x 3/4 and fixing the union joint and gate valve/stop cock before the meter point and a reflex valve/Non-return valve should be fixed on the connection after the mter point. (All these fixtures should be of standard quality conforming to IS). The compression fittings for MDPE pipes conforming to ISO 14236 and its latest versions. The excavated ttrench should be refilled with soft selected earth and the dismantled masonry of the drain should be re-constructed with availble size stones in CM 1:8 and providing coping in CC 1:3:6 wherever required and the stone slab covering should be refixed in position with pointing in CM 1:3 and also the bored wall of the premises should be re -done to the original position and the rates are inclusive of the cost of all the materials, cement, sand water etc., required for these works. The road suface should be compacted well and brought to the original condition and the excess earth or debris should be disposed off to a disctance with an initial lead of 10km etc. complete for. For minimum length of 2.0m

No21 - For minimum length connection pipe length beyond 2.0m for every 1.0m

No22 - Refiiling available earth around trenches/pipelines,cables in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming ater watering with a lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m. Including cost of all albour complete as per speciications.

No23 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stones aggregate to wet mixmacadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed method of tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specification.

No24 - Providing and applying tack coat with RSI Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg/m² on Granular surface.

No25 - Providing and Laying Bituminous concrete with 120 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch using crushed aggregates of specified grading, pre-mixed with bituminous binder VG-30 at 5.2 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respect. Bituminous concrete grading I for traffic less than 20 MSA.
