004 - Providing lowering laying, jointing, testing andcommissioning offollowing diameters glazed stone ware pipes, conforming to IS 651:1992,(with 5th revision) in all respects jointing with EPDM rubber rings (sealsaccording to EN 681 & ASPM 425) The rubber seals joints pipe willhave groves in interior of socket and exterior of the spigot. The rubbergasket shall be prefixed at the factory by the manufacturer rigidly with approved glue to have leak proof joint including conveying of pipe towork site and rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line,level and perfect linking at joints testing and commissoning includingloading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherevernecessary including jointing of GSW pipes and specials, with rubber gaskets conforming to EN 681 and ASTM C-425 including cleaningthe socket and spigot with soap solution and applying talcum powderfor detecting crack, then applying glue and before inserting of rubbergaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect condition including the cost of soapsolution, talcum powder and glue etc. and giving necessary hydraulic testto the required pressure of water head with all lead and lifts includingcosting of jointing materials and all necessary survey works for laying ofsewers etc., and disposal of debris as directed etc., complete. (Contractorwill make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) withRubber ring gasket joints

008 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layersnot exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer byramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m , and lift upto 1.5 m.Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications

009 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stoneaggregate to wet mix macadam specification includingpremixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixplant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course onwell prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve the desired density.

010 - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/m2 using mechanical means.

011 - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 tph capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binderVG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

012 - Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsionusing emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2 onthe prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom

013 - Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates ofspecified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.2 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to worksite, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory andtandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTHspecification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

014 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work

015 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latestamendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering intotrenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testingand commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinationsand cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipesand specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approvedtype, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipealround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selectedearth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessaryhydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will makehis own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete For: PVC pipes 110mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3
