The approximate percentage of work given in column no.3 is tentative. According to site condition, the percentage of work may vary and the Tenderers shall have no claim from BMRCL on variation of the same.

(2) Painting works includes oil bound distemper, emulsion paint, cement proof paint etc.,-16%,
