NonSORITEM03 - Providing of rolling shutter repaired inside some parts replaced bearing thread welding and horizontal MS rod replacing some plates replaced and bolts replaced and necessary fittings and as per alignment fixing including labour tools and transport.

NonSORITEM04 - Providing and placing of precast RCC cement concrete slab 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 grade stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 8mm dia including centering, shuttering, using table vibrator and curing in slab tank pond curing with all contractor’s material, labour, lead, lift, tools & plants etc. including removal of damaged cover slab and its disposal complete as per directed by Engineer in charge (exclusive of all taxes)

NonSORITEM05 - Manufacturing and supply 500x620x30 mm size precast RCC cement concrete slab 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 grade stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6mm die GI welded mesh (12x12mm size mesh) including centering, shuttering, using table vibrator and curing in slab tank pond curing with all contractors material, labour, lead, lift, tools & plants etc. complete as per directed by Engineer in charge (exclusive of all taxes)

NonSORITEM06 - Providing and drilling of self-driven screws for Polycarbonate roof sheets. Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM07 - Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colors and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

NonSORITEM08 - Providing and fixing Lineal false ceiling at all levels including staging/scaffolding, safety arrangements etc. as instructed by engineer. (Hunter Douglas linear of approved color)

NonSORITEM09 - Providing and fixing 10.5mm over all thick laminated and toughened glass including appropriate Aluminum intrusions/tube,clips, beadings, sealant, drilling, cutting etc all materials as per requirements of BMRCL

NonSORITEM10 - Fabrication, providing and erecting in position of M. S Ornamental decorative post barricade using 140mm dia 3mm thick 750mm height including top covering and 50mm ball .the post are embedded in concrete with suitable space as per the site condition, with one coat primer & 2 coats approved color enamel paint. Including cost of materials, labor tools etc. complete of an height 2 feet on footpath(Nos=Bollards)

NonSORITEM11 - Fixing of existing granite cladding with Roff cement by chipping existing mortar and fixed to the existing level of cladding/step/floors. Including cost of all materials, labor, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM12 - Providing and fixing partition with 6mm toughened plain glass using MS frames of 72x72x3.2mm thick and Aluminum clips/angles, rubber beading, sealant etc., all powder coated finish as per site requirement to avoid the splashing of rain water. Including cost of all materials, labor, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc Completely as per engineer in-charge specification.

NonSORITEM13 - Providing and fixing sump cover checkered plate of 5 mm thick, using M S flats50x 6mm thick alround to the existing sump cover using hinges, handle, locking arrangements, including welding, labor charges, materials, tools and transportation, etc., complete

NonSORITEM14 - Supply & installation of Signage boards (like way to restroom, Drinking water, No parking in front of emergency drive way etc).Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM15 - do For SS Stands (1.3mx2.2m) with ACP boards 1.2x1.8m size including Station names on both sides as per specification as directed by engineer in charge

NonSORITEM16 - Providing and fixing 6mm thick toughened glass for windows including all fixtures, labors, tools and transportation etc

NonSORITEM17 - Removing of broken window glass and replace the same with new one. Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM18 - Providing and fixing of new yellow caution strip on platforms including removing damaged old strips, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM19 - Providing and applying Bird repellant Gel on trusses, frames, entrances, RCC beams etc complete including staging/form work etc and safety measures as instructed by engineer

NonSORITEM20 - Providing and fixing double layered Nylon net with alround/intermediate Nylon ropes firmly fixed at ends with SS hooks including staging up to 3.00 mtrs height etc complete.

NonSORITEM21 - Cutting and removing of broken step granite replacing with new 20mm granite for the size up to 250mm width and 150mm depth making nosing and fixing it properly to the exiting granite level, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., completely as per engineer in-charge

NonSORITEM22 - Providing and fixing in position clear / plain 6 mm thick clear acrylic sheet for covering the rain water on the roof /platform/concourse/Ground level over a frame with powder coated M.S. Box section of size 75mm x 75mm x 3mm including all necessary hardware, fabrication, fixing including necessary scaffolding, primer, sealant, etc., complete as per approved drawings and specification and as directed by engineer in charge.

NonSORITEM23 - Providing & fixing 3M stickers/PU panting on steps, landing slabs etc including cleaning surface as directed by Engineer in charge

NonSORITEM24 - Removing and Re-laying of existing heavy duty interlock pavers of 60 mm thick laying on 50 mm sand bed average thickness and compacting thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints final compaction of paver surface joints in to its final level, inclusive of labour charges, materials, etc. complete.

NonSORITEM25 - Removal and refixing of Station entry name board under the roof to top of roof. Including providing Framework of 50 X 50 X 3mm M.S Box section. Also providing adequate supports wherever required to fixed the name board on the parapet wall, including cost of welding, labour charges, materials, tools and transportation.,etc.,complete

NonSORITEM26 - Providing and fixing of signage letters made up of aluminum sheet, 3mm thick 10"-12" height with powder coated colours and names as approved by BMRCL, using appropriate nut/bolts on ACP boards (43"*246"), including removing existing letters and logo boards, covered with fresh powder coating, refixing in position, as instructed by BMRCL, by lowering, repainting to boards and refixing the main board cost inclusive of all material, transportation, labors, machinery and equipment's etc.,

NonSORITEM27 - Removing old mirror and supplying & fixing of new mirror with necessary fixtures with all contractors material, labour, tools & plants, lead, lift, etc complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

NonSORITEM28 - Alignment of aluminum/UPVC doors by removing hinges and refitting the same properly including cost of labours, tools and transportation. etc.,

NonSORITEM29 - Repair of fire rated door by providing required accessories Like hinges, latches, Locks, re aligning etc.., complete as directed by Engineer in charge

NonSORITEM30 - open areas adjacent to Staircases/escalators: Providing and fabricating of SS 304 grade/ Aluminium Chequered plates including Tubes/angles/channels alround, intermediate angles/flats, hinges, locking arrangements, T-bolts etc fixing in position using bolts/nuts/screws/washers etc., with one coat Primer and two coats Paint. Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM31 - Providing Garden/lawn/plants etc including EWE, red earth, Manure, watering and pesticides. Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM32 - Providing core cutting of 75mm/90mm dia upto 450mm deep on platform etc., Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification

NonSORITEM33 - Providing and fixing Metal clip-in tile false ceiling system of approved make, colour, pattern, to required profiles for the finished ceiling surface at all locations, comprising of plain tiles of 600 x 600 mm or near size to suite site condition, manufactured out of 0.5 mm thick GI sheet of ARMSTRONG or similar make metal ceiling tiles. Including making all provisions for fixing lighting fixtures, VAC diffusers, firefighting system components, signages, speakers, CCTV cameras etc. The tile finishing shall be confirming to RAL 9016, POWDER COATED with 60 microns paint thickness, it will have raised ends with pips and stops to ensure positive engagement into the spring to enable for de-mounting of individual panels, the tile sides will be sufficiently high to ensure a minimum deflection across length of tile. All tiles shall be bevel edged, the tile shall be clipped into clip in profile of 0.5 mm thick G.l. The clip in profile shall be supported from slab by means of rigid suspension of 4 mm G.I threaded rod, hold on clamp with clip, etc., with all contractors’ materials, accessories, T&P, hardware, labour, lead, lift, at all locations, levels & heights, making good the surface and /or Lineal stripped metal false ceiling as per existing specifications etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

NonSORITEM34 - BWSSB pipe line works, vavles, ball floats, chambers, repairs, excavations, backfilling, etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in-charge

NonSORITEM35 - Covering various size of pigeon entry gaps at different location of external wall surface of 25x25x1.6 mm weld mesh framed with MS 25x3 mm thick flat /frame 25x25x1.6mm alround the mesh including painting and fixing with anchor bolt to wall/beams surface etc. necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, labour, lead lift tools and plant etc. complete as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge

NonSORITEM36 - Supply and fixing of SS tap with necessary fixtures, making good the wall and floor wherever required with all contractor’s material, labour, tools & plants, lead, lift, etc complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

NonSORITEM37 - Providing and placing new Precast RCC drain slab. Including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., Completely as per engineer in-charge specification.

NonSORITEM38 - Removing the existing worn-out laminate sheet from false flooring and providing 3mm thick wood brown shade high pressure laminate sheets etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NonSORITEM39 - Providing and Fixing False flooring TILES including MS stands with MS frames, on top metal sheets, Laminated sheets of required specifications in SC rooms, Passages etc

NonSORITEM40 - Clearing the blockage in chamber by acid washing and cleaning including cost of materials, labours, tools complete as per specifications.

NonSORITEM41 - Providing and Welding of SS hinges to the hinge gate or re aligning of existing SS hinge gate, making surface good and smooth, including labous charges tools HOM of machinery complete as per specifications as directed by the engineer incharge

NonSORITEM42 - Providing and fixing unplasticized 160mm dia PVC pipes with working pressure 6 kg/Sq.cm to be fixed in the wall for the down take of Rain-Water pipes connected from the roof level to ground level with proper fixing to the wall with brackets and U clamps, anchor bolts, with proper slope, fixing of elbow, bend, collar etc complete as per specifications including all lift lead transportation and excluding scaffolding., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

NonSORITEM43 - Providing and fixing unplasticized 110mm dia PVC pipes with working pressure 6 kg/Sq.cm to be fixed in the wall for the down take of Rain-Water pipes connected from the roof level to ground level with proper fixing to the wall with brackets and U clamps, anchor bolts, with proper slope fixing of elbow, collar, bend, tee etc complete as per specifications including all lift lead transportation and excluding scaffolding., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
