SOR ITEM 4 - Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two coats on new work including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

SOR ITEM 5 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

SOR ITEM 6 - Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

SOR ITEM 7 - Providing and Applying Acrylic anti-carbonation coating on concrete surface, which is single component cold applied, water based acrylic polymer and specially formulated to Protect RCC substrate that is directly exposed to atmospheric conditions like UV radiation, heavy rain, industrial pollution & carbonation. Apply without any dilution @ 0.25L/sqm in 2 coats to achieve DFT of 225 microns, The coating shall have Confirms in accordance with IRC SP,80-2008, Chloride Ion penetration Concrete Guard (Coulombs) 575 as per ASTM C 1202,2019, SRI value of 104 as per ASTM E 1980,19 and Crack bridging ability up to 2mm, including priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 1.1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat. The finished cost to include surface preparation, treatment of cracks completely as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

SOR ITEM 8 - Semi Skilled labor for Zone-1 area (As per KPWD SR 2023-24VOL-1) for cleaning of medians during VIP movement and re-setting of cable trough cover slabs and other miscellaneous works.

Non SOR ITEM 1 - Fabricating, providing and fixing chequered plate of size 250mmx1230mmx4mm thick to cover the gaps of expansion joint at walkway. The chequered plate should be anchored on one side using head less screw of size 8mm dia. X 50mm long, including painting the chequered plate with one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of paint aluminum or smoke gray coloured metallic paint With all contractors chequered plates, bolts, painting, men, materials, tools and plants, lighting arrangement, generator etc. Complete as directed by engineer in - charge. Note: The work has to be carried out during night hours after obtaining PTW

Non SOR ITEM 2 - Cleaning of spouts at track level station limits from dust,silt,algae,debris etc. including removal of blockages and its conveyance from track level to ground level as and when required complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Non SOR ITEM 3 - Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe IS 16098 SN 4 - 75mm dia of approved brand Ashirwad/Supreme, of 1 m length vertically connecting to existing horizontal downtake pipe using 75mm dia PVC couplers, 75 mm PVC Door Tee, 75 mm door bend , elbow ,adhesive/solvent etc. The Pipe joints should be fixed by using the adhesive so that it should not give up in service, including removal and re-fixing of false ceiling. The work has to be carried out during night hours as per the site conditions with all contractors, men, pipes, couplers, Door Tee, Door bend, elbow and other materials etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Non SOR ITEM 4 - Repairing the honey combing, voids, cracks etc., in RCC Pedestals, Viaduct segments and I-Girders small cracks in deck slab top with high strength epoxy putty manufactured by FOSROC,SIKA and O-BSAF or similar with all contactors men, materials, tools, plants, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note: The work has to be carried out during night hours after the revenue hours of Metro train service.

Non SOR ITEM 5 - Cleaning of inside viaduct and removing of the debris and stacking at one place at track level, further shifting the same d from track level to ground level manually and disposing the same to outside city limits with a lead of up to 5km radius including cost loading, unloading, transportation, tools etc., complete and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Non SOR ITEM 6 - Scraping the existing cracks, honeycombs, corroded reinforcements on the surface of piers for removing, cleaning & making the surface free from the loose particles, dust, rust, grease etc., using Wire brushes and other hand tools, without causing any damage to the structure. Providing treatment to exposed/corroded reinforcements of the piers which are already prepared, by applying Zinc Rich, Anti-corrosive coating on the steel surface. Supply and Fixing of 8mm dia non return aluminum nozzle/packer, wherever required at all heights in the existing honey combed area, at required spacing of Pier and Removing of non-return nozzle/packer after completing the grouting activity and filling the same with Epoxy putty Nitocote VF/Sikadur 31c/Masterbrace 2200, leveling the surface with all Contractor's materials, Electricity, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Non SOR ITEM 7 - Providing & applying High Strength Repair mortor Master Emaco S 348/epoxy putty over the already prepared surface of the pier wherever required using putty Nicote VF/Masterbrace 2200 (prepared as per manufacturer's advice) over the pier wall to get a uniform surface and to close the existing pores in the concrete with all contractor's materials, power supply, labour, lead, lift, tools & plants etc. complete and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: Kgs/ltrs

Non SOR ITEM 8 - Pressure grouting of pier through already fixed nozzle at all heights of the pier using low viscous epoxy grout prepared according to manufacturer's advice, through grouting pumps with a pressure up to 2-5kg/cm2, with all Contractor's materials , power supply, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note-kg/ltrs

Non SOR ITEM 9 - Application of one coat of epoxy primer for application of reflective / fluorescent / paint, including surface preparation, cleaning by wire brush, making surface dust free, including cost of all materials, laboure, HOM, curing complete as per specification Application of Two coat of reflective/fluorescent/night glow paint for concrete surface of brand like Asian, Nippon or equivalent brands of approved ISI certified with all contractors materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Non SOR ITEM 10 - Chipping/Removal of debris, left over steel rails on pier cap surface, cleaning & making the surface free from the loose particles, dust, rust, grease etc., by thoroughly using wire brush and other hand tools, without causing damage to the structure and disposing it off away from the city premises. With all Contractor's materials, labour, lead, Generator lift, T&P etc. complete and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Non SOR ITEM 11 - Cleaning and removal of debris laying inside the proposed median and metro station premises including lead and lift labors and tools complete. and disposing away from city premises and as directed by Engineer- in-charge (Note- Numbers is equals to trips )

Non SOR ITEM 12 - Supplying and painting of pier cap and portal beam top with water proofing and protective coating by using high quality exterior acrylic emulsion polymer based paints manufactured by Dr.fixit, Asian paints etc. with all contractors, men, material, tools, machinary and equipment, lighting arrangement,Scaffolding , lead lift etc. complete as directed by engineer - in charge. Note - The above work has to be carried out only in night shifts under block protection.

Non SOR ITEM 13 - Clearing of Water stagnation on deck slab by gradient correction: Cleaning the existing surface and applying one coat of Bonding agent like EP-10, Nito bond or equivalent. Corrections to slope to avoid stagnation of water by using micro concrete with aggregates added with super latex high performance bonding agent like Dr.Fixit, Sika,Fosroc etc., or equivalent with all contractors’ men, materials, tools, plants, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note: The work has to be carried out during night hours after the revenue hours of Metro train service.

Non SOR ITEM 14 - Cutting M.S rod protruding protruding from the concrete of viaduct, pier and pier cap by duly engaging Generator. Cutting, grinding, blowing the dust and cleaning the surface area of the surroundings of approximately about 15cm, applying Zinc rich primer epoxy and epoxy grout of approved make and complete. ( This includes supply of generator with petrol, tools and transport)
