21.2 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for pay- ment purpose.

13.49 - Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes of 150mm dia conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

13.24 - Acrylic anti-carbonation coating for New Concrete - Providing and Applying Acrylic anti-carbonation coating on concrete surface, which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic polymer and Specially formulated to Protect RCC substrate that is directly exposed to atmospheric conditions like UV radiation, heavy rain, industrial pollution & carbonation. Apply without any dilution @ 0.25L/m2 in 2 coats to achieve DFT of 225 microns, The coating shall have Confirms in accordance with IRC SP:80-2008, Chloride Ion penetration – Concrete Guard (Coulombs) 575 as per ASTM C 1202 : 2019, SRI value of 104 as per ASTM E 1980 : 19 and Crack bridging ability up to 2mm, including priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 1:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat. The finished cost to include surface preparation, treatment of cracks completely as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

20.50 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications.

15.4 - Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/ Epoxy. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 2800

15.7 - Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 2803

15.8 - Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical Specification. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 2804

8.53.2 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

8.27 - Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

NON SOR 01 - Replacing of man hole cover slab provided at Expansion joint with MS chequered plate manhole covers of size 800*800mm with locking arrangements, duly fixing the covers to the deck slab and clearing and disposing the existing damaged concrete with all contractors men, material, transportation arrangements, tools, lead, lift complete all as per drawing attached and as direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The work has to be carried out during night hours after obtaining PTW.

NON SOR 02 - Providing and applying two coat of Apex ultima Weather proof Green colour for walkway border on old surface of Asian make, to provide even shade after cleaning the surface thoroughly removing the oil , grease, dirt and other matter, applying putty wherever surface damaged including cost of materials, labour etc. complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Brand Asian Ultima weatherproof paint . Colour code : 7661)

NON SOR 03 - Supply of Semi skilled labours for cleaning inside median pier cap and other locations. Zone-1 area to the degisnated metro premises as directed by engineer incharge.

NON SOR 04 - Manhole Cover slab Clamps: Fabrication, supplying and fixing of MS Clamps of size Upto 2000 x 50 x 6mm (as per the site condition) thick for holding the existing precast manhole cover slab placed at the centre of the expansion joint (where ever required as per site condition) Using anchor bolts of size 160mm length and 10mm dia. as instructed by Engineer incharge and painting with Primer and 2 coats of aluminium paint. Includes cutting, bending, transportation, lead, lift manpower etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (RVR -PUTH)

NON SOR 05 - Supply and installation of Signage board of size 8' x 7" consisting of 4mm thick "Aluminium composite panel" and vinyl sticker with eco solvent vinyl printing over the ACP sheet. the work has to be carried out in track level and during non revenue hours, including cost of all material, labours, tools, lead,&lift, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.

NON SOR 06 - Hiring of Tractor for Removing , cleaning the debris , over hanging free cables on piers and other waste materials from inside median below viaduct and disposing it out of BMRCL premises and out of city limits as instructed by Engineer in charge

NON SOR 07 - Supply & fixing of Number boards for identification of piers at Track Level on both up & down line with reflective stickers on 2mm ACP Boards with Eco solvent print with lamination of size 300mmx 100mm, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NON SOR 08 - Clearing of Water stagnation on deck slab by gradient correction:Cleaning the existing surface and applying one coat of Bonding agent like EP-10, Nito bond or equivalent. Corrections to slope to avoid stagnation of water by using micro concrete with aggregates added with super latex high performance bonding agent like Dr.Fixit, Sika,Fosroc etc., or equivalent to an average thickness os 15-20mm mortor thickness with all contractors’ men, materials, tools, plants, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note: The work has to be carried out during night hours after the revenue hours of Metro train service.

NON SOR 09 - Replacing of existing choaked/ damaged 150mm dia. Horizontal UPVC pipe provided inside the viaduct with new 150mm dia. UPVC pipe confirming to IS:9271(2004) duly removing the blockage / clogging in drain spouts and connecting the drainage spouts to the new UPVC pipe by making required provisions such as T joints, Elbows etc, clearing all the dismantled pipes, silt or any other debris clogging the pipe line etc from inside the viaduct and disposing the same away from city limits with all contractors, UPVC pipe, fittings, Collars, T-sections, tools plants, men, materials, adhesive, transportation, lead, lift etc.,and Clearing chocked spouts provided at track level at every 3m interval and the connectivity between drainage spout and the vertical down take as to be ensured without any gaps ,if any gaps noticed it should be covered with epoxy puuty. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
