SOR 01 - Clearing and Grubbing Road Land. Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. By Mechanical Means using Dozer .B In area of thorny jungle (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 , Sl.no 2.5)(Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 02 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir draft, approach channels, key trench, foundation of Bridges and such similar works, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off or leveling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work. 1.5.1 In ordinary/soft rock without blasting upto 1.5 m depth (Ref. SOR 03 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Ref. SOR 04 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 2 , Sl.no 11.16.1) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 05 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. SOR 06 - Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/ steel works including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 2 , Sl.no 8.34.3) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 07 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 2 , Sl.no 8.40) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 08 - Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two coats on new work including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 2 , Sl.no 8.42) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 09 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. SOR 10 - Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. SOR 11 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. SOR 12 - Providing and fixing Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) pipes, for cold water supply including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step uPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. SOR 13 - Acrylic anti carbonation coating for New Concrete Providing and Applying Acrylic anti-carbonation coating on concrete surface, which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic polymer and Specially formulated to Protect RCC substrate that is directly exposed to atmospheric conditions like UV radiation, heavy rain, industrial pollution & carbonation.Apply without any dilution at 0.25L per m2 in 2 coats to achieve DFT of 225 microns, The coating shall have Confirms in accordance with IRC SP 80-2008,Chloride Ion penetration Concrete Guard (Coulombs) 575 as per ASTM C 1202 2019, SRI value of 104 as per ASTM E 1980 19 and Crack bridging ability up to 2mm, including priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 1 in 1 spreading at 0.125 L/m2 as self priming coat.The finished cost to include surface preparation, treatment of cracks completely as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.(Ref KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3, Sl.no 13.24) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage)

SOR 14 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint bridge No. and span arragements.Painting two coats after fillng the surface with synthetic enamel pant bridge No and span arrangements as per as directed by Engineer (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 , Sl.no 13.22) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 15 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and or scraping,sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour,material complete as per specifications.(Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 2 , Sl.no 20.50)(Rate includes 10% Area weightage)

SOR 16 - Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy (Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 , Sl.no 15.4) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage)

SOR 17 - Sealing of crack or porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.(Ref. KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 , Sl.no 15.7)(Rate includes 10% Area weightage )

SOR 18 - Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical Specification.(Ref.KPWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 ,Sl.no 15.8) (Rate includes 10% Area weightage )
