AB04 - Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 and less in walls, ceilings 10 to 20mm thick in cement mortar 1 6 including cutting the patches in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish with a lead of 50m including curing cost of materials, labour, complete as per specification

AB05 - Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade,having VOCVolatile Organic Compound content less than 50 grams, litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

AB06 - Providing and fixing in position fully panelled Matti Nandi wood shutters for doors with, stiles and rails of 35mm. thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and stiles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications.

AB07 - Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm thickness to be specified by the manufacturerof 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 4 (1 Cement 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry at 3.3 kg including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

AB08 - Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required 610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm :

AB09 - Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid:

AB10 - Fixing a ceiling/wall mounting fan of all capacities and all types, with necessary S hook made out of 15mm dia MS rod, with 5A, ceiling rose of approved quality with necessary length of 23/0.0076 inch PVC insulated twin twisted wire of approved qualiuty, mounted on a suitable size wooden board and wired

AB11 - Supplying of ceiling fan with capacitor rating as per guideline of BEE 5 star rating and IS:374/79 and also comply with IS: 1709/1984 with latest amendment, rated voltage 220V/50 Hz, rated power input 48 W+/- 10%, rated current as per IS:374/79, rated power factor 0.9 lagging(min), rated spped 350+/- 10% RPM, rated air delivery 210+/-10% cubic meter minimum, rated service value 4.2 CMM/Wm, three blades of blade leaf 1.05mm thick aluminium alloy sheet, class B motor insulation, bearing two ball bearing, top 6202, bottom 6201, s per IS specification, motor winding temp rise shall not exceed 75 deg C over and ambient of 40 OC by resistance method at 245V, insulation resistance shall not be less than two mega Ohms (2M Ohms) leakage current should not exceed 210 microAmp, power, input, W& current, Air delivery & fan speed as per IS;374/1979 with latest amendment, 2 year manufacturer warranty.

AB12 - Providing and laying of 1.5 thick SBS modified self adhesive single stick waterproofing membrane, with minimum elongation of 300 and puncture resistance of 200 N as per ASTM E154, with an overlap of 100mm on the side and 100mm in vertical lapping over a coat bituminuo primer @ 0.25 l/m2, complete including surface preparation as per the methodology and site condition & placing the dimple board over the SBS membrane. The cost is inclusive of surface preparation, crack filling, repair of loose mortar etc. completely as per specification

AB13 - Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require:White Vitreous China Angle back wash basin size 600 x 480 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap

AB14 - Wiring for lighting power circuit using one of FRLS PVC insulated 1100v grade, multistrand copper with low conductor resistance single core wire in open or concealed system of wiring with specificed IS-694:1990 & confirming to GTP of groupA. 1.5 Sqmm

AB17 - Supplying Box type suitable for 28 single twin Lamp suspension mounted luminaire optical reflector. Prewired with HF electronic Ballast, push fit type lamp holders main connectors. Channel cover shall be made of CRCA MS sheet and finishing is done with stove enameled white with end caps made of engineering plastic.

AB18 - Providing and fixing 20mm nominal OD Chorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes confirming to IS 15778, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1.00 mtr spacing this includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete. (interna work exposed on wall)
