SMV4 - Operation and Maintenance of Street light systems to be done for a period of 1 Year including the replacements of damaged/failed/fused out components of LED Street light fitting components like LED Drivers, Surge Protection Devices, PCB, Control Gears, LED Chips, Body Components and protective Glass. If the LED Fixture is unrepairable the fitting should be replaced by new fitting during the maintenance period - 150 Watts. The Maintenance to be carried out using a ladder jeep for a period of one year (should replace as and when the components fails for any no. of times & should see that theLED Fittings burns through the contract period i.e, 365 days with all lead & lift , loading & unloading charges as per instructions of Engineer in charge.150 Watts LED Fitting

Warranty of 2 Years against any manufacturing defect working under standard electrical conditions as mentioned above should be given by LED manufacturer & Cree/Nichia/Lumileds/Osram make LED Source. as per KPWD Norms and direction of the Engineer in charge of work. SMV6 - Supplying and Fixing........mm dia class A GI pipe bracket up to 2.7 meters long terminated with a reducing collar of 40x25mm to which extra pipe of 175mm length is fixed for fixing MV/SV/MH/FTL street light fitting of all capacities on rail/RCC/wall/tubular pole, using suitable clamps, bolts ,nuts and wiring using suitable capacity wires etc complete.Using 32mm dia G.I.pipe As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work. )

SMV7 - Fixing of halogen / Metal halide/ SVL/IL/ LED flood light fittings over existing pole / wall ceiling including clamps, bolts, nuts and wiring using suitable capacity wires.As per KPWD Electrical specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV8 - Supplying & Stringing of LT Aerial Bunched cable 3x25+1x25+1x16 sqmm streetlight insulated messenger cum Neutral.As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV9 - Supplying and Installing/Fixing/provision of outdoor type Thermoplastic Modular Panel enclosure witj transparent Polycabonate Lid,shock proof IP65(weather Proof),rust proof,water proof,corrosion proof having internally Embedded gasket on both lid and flap suitable base plate and having a provision for fuse/MCB cutout with suitable transparent hinged flap opening for operating MCB along with complete tamper proof sealing facilit 300mm*600mm*170mm As per KPWD Electrical specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV10 - Supplying of 1.1KV LT UG cable having aluminium conductor PVC insulated, extruded, inner sheathed, rmourd LT UG Cable as per IS-7098, Part-I,Armouring strip thickness and restivity as per IS-3975 .4 core 16 sqmm As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV11 - Labour charges for laying of 1.1 KV class UG cable) In exixting trench/duct. 2.5 sqmm to 25 sqmm As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV12 - Earth work excavation for cable trench of 0.5m to 0.75 m width and depth upto 1 Mtr including trail pits, depositing on banks upto a lead of 50Mtr, supplying and displaying necessary danger boards and lighting, using sight rail and sign Boards at every 100Mtr wherever necessary as directed by the engineer in charge of work ..1) In soil (ordinary) As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV13 - Transformer Repairs Scope: Repairs and Reconditioning of 11KV class single coil/multi coil Conventional (Aluminium wound) and 3/4/5 Star Rated failed Distribution Transformers of various Capacities and Conversion of CSP to Conventional bolt & nut type on lumpsum percentage (%) basis (Material, Labour & Salvage). 100 kVA, Aluminium Wdg, 3/4/5 Star.As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV14 - Transformer Oil (Reclaimed oil) top up for transformers. As per BESCOM specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV15 - Transportation, handling charges (removal ,fixation, loading and unloading 100KVA including transportation

SMV23 - Supply and fixing of 4pole power contactor with NO/NC contacts on existing wood/panel board using necessary bolts, nuts, washers and wiring etc., complete with AC-3 Rating and as per IS-13947. c)60-70Amps (UNI SR 2023-24, Ch-5, P-15,item 5.14.5)

SMV24 - Supply and fixing of 4pole power contactor with NO/NC contacts on existing wood/panel board using necessary bolts, nuts, washers and wiring etc., complete with AC-3 Rating and as per IS-13947.d) 100-125Amps As per KPWD Electrical specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV25 - Supplying and fixing miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and 'C' Type curve , indicator ON/OFF, energy cross-3 with Short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60829 As per KPWD Electrical specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV26 - Supplying and fixing miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and 'C' Type curve , indicator ON/OFF, energy cross-3 with Short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60829 As per KPWD Electrical specification and direction of the engineer in charge of work.

SMV28 - Fabricating supplying and mounting MS box made out … SWG suitable for floor / wall mounting, fully weather proof with provision for better heat dissipation, provided with hinged front cover, equipped with tamper proof locking arrangements, with suitable size clamps with necessary cable entry pipe with gland and box should be finished with 2 coats of red oxide primer paint and finally finished with approved colour enameled metal paint etc., complete.
