3.1 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (.PW,P&IWTD SR Bangaluru Circle 2023-2024 Vol 3 / Pg No.17/ Item No.3.1) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

1.1 d - Loading and Unloading of Stone Boulder/Stone aggregates/ Sand/Kankar/Moorum. (Tipper18 ). (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 Page 05. Item No. 1.1 d) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

1.4A - KSRRB M100-1-4.2. Haulage of materials by tipper excluding cost of loading, uploading and stacking complete as per specifications. Case-II : Unsurfaced Gravelled Road. (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol 3 Page No. 05, Item No. 1.4A) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

3.6 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulderswith approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (.PW,P&IWTD SR Bangaluru Circle 2023-24 Vol 3 / Pg No 17 / Item No 3.6 ) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

5.1 (A) (i) - KSRRB M500-6. Providing and applying primer coat with S.S.1 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base such as WMM including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg / sqm using mechanical means complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 502 (Page No. 31, Sl. No.5.1 (A) (i) Vol - III) SR 2023-24 ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

5.4 - Tack coat on Bituminous surface Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom (.PW,P&IWTD SR Bangaluru Circle 2023-24 Vol 3 / Pg No 31/ Item No.5.4) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

5.12 (A) - KSRRB M500-17. Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG30 grade bituminous binder and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying to the required grade, level and alingnment, rolling with smooth wheel, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction in all respects complete as per specification Clause 505 of Morth V revision. Specification using 120 TPH capacity Asphalt batch mix plant . with sensor paver Gr-II (50 mm to 75 mm) with 4.5 % VG-30 bitumin (Page No. 35, Sl. No.5.12 (A) Vol - III) SR 2023-24 ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

5.16 (A) - KSRRB M500-19. Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects complete as per specifications. - using 120 TPH capacity Asphalt batch mix plant . with sensor paver Gr-II (30 mm to 40 mm) with 5.4 % VG-30 bitumin (Page No. 37, Sl. No.5.16 (A) Vol - III) SR 2023-24 ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

8.15 - Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/ m² area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (Page No. 37, Sl. No.8.15 Vol - III) SR 2023-24 ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

8.6 (A) X - Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs 80 mm x 60 mm rectangular Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2012 made of Class C Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67:2012.80 mm x 60 mm rectangular (PW,P& IWTD SR 2023-24, Pg No 65, Item No. 8.6 (A) X) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.
