Providing and fixing 1st Quality Teak Wood Reapers 50mmx25mm (2" x 1") @15CM C/C (80%)after providing necessary repairs to the existing Teak Wood Rafters wherever necessary and providing 1st Quality New Teak Wood Rafters wherever necessary (50% new of size 7.62CM x 10.16CM / 3" x 4") 5% New Teak Wood Beams (12.7CM x 17.78CM / 5" x 7" ), 5% of Wooden Columns of 15CM Dia and 2.70M Height finished surface with sand papering to remove dirt etc., providing anti termite treatment for wood surface wherever necessary for the existing Wooden Beams, Rafters, Pillars, providing wood primer one coat , followed by Two Coats of enamel paint for wood surface to give even shade, cleaning surface of all dirt, dust, and foreign matter, sand papering including cost all materials, tools and Plants, all labour lead lift, complete as per specifications.

Providing as per the existing pattern pressed clay tiles Two layered (one over the other ) pitched roofing as per the approved pattern 25mm nominal thickness and of approved deign & size 26CMx14CM with longitudinal interlocking tongue. One layer of pressed tile packing joints with 1:0.5:1.5 Lime Surkhi Mortar (Lime Putty 1: 0.5 Sand : 1.5 Surkhi) prepared with traditional method, bonding agents, water proofing compounds Gur, Bhelgiri, Galnut, Antuwala Kai, Jaggeri, Glue fibres, laid over with laid over 1:1:2 Lime Surkhi Mortar of 20MM with the other layer of Tile followed by Lime Concrete terracing on roofs to average thickness of 7.5CM laid to fall with 20mm nominal size brick aggregate and 50% in Lime Mortar 1:2 (Lime Putty : 2 Surkhi) rammed finished with gur bhelgiri treatment complete, grouting with LM 1:3 plastering mixed with traditional bonding agents,, water proofing compound gur, belgiri, fiber glue etc.,12mmthick layer finished neat etc., complete as per the specifications including cost of all materials, labour lead, lift, stacking wherever necessary complete

Removing old damaged Teak wood Door Frames and Teak wood Door Shutters by chiselling slowly without much damage to the Structure / Heritage Building / Monument, including erecting required scaffolding, Cost of materials Tools and Plants, Labours etc., complete

Providing 1st Class Teak Wood frames for Doors, windows, ventilators wrought framed or assembled including making plaster groves, clamps, fixing, ;lime concrete including cost of materials, labour machineries etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position fully panelled 1st Class Teak Wood shutters doors, styles and rails of 40mm thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rails and styles of 100mm to 300mm wide as per drawing and pannels of 25mm thick with necessary fixtures like Brass long tower bolts in length old pattern 5No.s, 1No AL drop old type as per the existing, Brass Handle, Latches, Rubber Bushes / Plastic Bushes / Rubber Bushes, Knobs etc.,

Providing One priming coat and three coats of Varnish to the Teak Wood Frames, Shutters for doors, windows & Ventilators under coating flattening varnish and finishing coat with varnish to give even shade cleaning surface of all dirt, dust, and foreign matter, sand papering so as to produce smooth dry, mat surface including cost of materials, labour complete as per the specifications.
