SWING , Supply and Fixing of SWING (Age group 4-12 years & capacity 2 children) suitable for children of age group 3-12 years of the approved color and shade made up of premium quality Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for roof/bridges/Seats and the supporting base frame shall be made of MS/MS pipe (Medium Duty) conforming to relevant IS specifications finished with PU coating of 60 microns thickness where ever required as per the representative image and as decided by the Airport In-Charge or Authorised Representative.The FRP sheets shall be made of G.P resin of 4mm to 5 mm thickness applied above the surface of gel coat which is duly mixed with U.V stabilized pigment to provide resistance to ultra violet light degradation. The rate quoted shall be incusive of all taxes, GST include the warranty of minimum 1 year and shall confirm to the relevant standard specification/ISO certification. The seller shall furnish the test report of the materials to the buyer. SKY WALKER DOUBLE , Supply and fixing of SKY WALKER - DOUBLE conforming to BIS specification of capacity of maximum user weight 110kg made up of MS pipes (Medium duty) consisting of 75 mm Dia nominal bore MS pipe for main central pipe and 42 mm nominal bore for leg movement frame, Handle Frame of 32mm nominal bore at bottom pipe. The entire structure shall be fixed with proper foundation pipes and neccasary anchoring made of 500mm deep and 80mm dia MS pipe supported with MS angle 25mm x 25mm x 4mm fitted with 10mm thick MS foundation plate and MS bolts and nuts and ballbearing mechanism. The supporting frame shall be finished with PU coating of 60 microns thickness where ever required as per the representative image and as decided by the Airport In-Charge or Authorised Representative.
