Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Gas based Fire Suppression System for the following locations consisting of PESO Approved Cylinder and valve assembly, extinguishing agent, arrangement for supervisory switch connection for monitoring cylinder pressure, pressure guage with a safety burst disc, electronic control head / Solenoid with provision for manual operation, flexible hose, cylinder strap, NRV (if applicable), Pressure Switch and safety cap, required nos. of Discharge Nozzles, Piping, Manifold, Fire Alarm cum Gas Release Panel with required nos of smoke detectors, Strobe cum hooters, RI etc, Autodialler (Landline compatable), Manual gas release and abort station (Pull type) with weather proof enclosure, FRLS armoured copper cabling and all required modules/accessories etc. complete as required as per technical specifications. Note : (1) The system shall have PESO / BIS / UL / VDS certified technology that allows for a higher capacity to overcome frictional losses and allow for higher distances of the agent flow; and also allow for better agent penetration in enclosed electronic equipment such as Server Racks etc. (2) Extinguishing Agent : CLEAN AGENT (FK-5-1-12) shall be Colourless and odour less gas gaving Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP). The Quantity of Clean agent shall be determined based on the given room volume and as per relevant certification. Fill Density certificate shall be submitted from PESO approved filling station. (3) Complete system design i/c preparation of shop drawings, submission of technical details of all components, selection of Cylinder capacity, Gas Volume, discharge valves, Nos. of Nozzles, piping design and pressure calculations using certified design software. The final design shall be duly vetted by the manufacturer (OEM) and submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before the commencement of work.

H) = 26.40 m3 (2) Independent fire suppression system shall be provided for each rooms. (3) Room volume subject to tolerance of ±10%
