APMCKM04 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM05 - Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials curing etc complete as per specification I.S. 3620/1979 having compressive strength not less than 3.5 N/mm2 for saturated dry samples - For Foundation in CM 1:6. with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM07 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. APMCKM08 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of brid87 /ges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work. this rate inclusive of all formwork for Pedestal concrete.

APMCKM09 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM10 - Providing and laying in Cement Concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates for flooring concerte

APMCKM11 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM12 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM13 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM14 - ProviProviding and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM15 - ProviProviding and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm) with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM16 - ProviProviding and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Gutter (600 mm over all girth) with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM17 - Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two coats applied @ 4.84 kg/10 m²) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM18 - Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM19 - Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain Water pipes Conforming IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming IS 5382, leaving 100mm gap for thermal expansion.( i) Single socketed pipes 100mm dia with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM20 - Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. G.I. pipes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM21 - Filling approved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

APMCKM22 - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.
