code4 - Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ m3, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing. with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code5 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, , primer, sealant , curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code6 - Providing and fixing in position 32 mm dia dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Dia. 600 mm. Long and at 300 mm. C/C and wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete. with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code7 - Providing and fixing in position, tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 12 mm dia. 700 mm. long and at 300 mm. C/C and wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening , supported by assembly of TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment etc. complete. with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code8 - Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions upto 10MSA & for Residential Streets of approved shape and colour, lai in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification) with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code9 - Supplying S&S RCC SPUN / VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) pipes NP-3 Class pipe of 250 mm dia. conforming to IS:458-1988 with latest amentments using ordinary portland cement, for sanitary works and conveyin to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes and specials, perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing materials, i.e, rubber rings conforming to IS: 5382 for S&S RCC pipes, with all leads and lifts as directed and giving necessary hydraulic test as per ISS to the required pressure and commissioning etc. complete. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). Before the execution of the work, the contractor shall carry out the survey. with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code10 - Laying, Lowering and jointing of S&S RCC SPUN / VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) pipes NP-3 Class ,rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level at both destinations and jointing of pipes and specials, perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing materials, i.e, rubber rings and giving necessary hydraulic test as per ISS to the required pressure and commissioning etc. complete. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code14 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately (For Deck slab) with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

code15 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete Sub structure of Bridges with all leads & lifts, also all incidental charges complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
