The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

code07 - Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately)

The cost includes cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately)

code09 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

code10 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

code11 - Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two coats applied @ 4.84 kg/10 m²) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

code12 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer usingstructural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works includng cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

code13 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete with all lead and lift and all incidental charges as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.
