Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately) etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction. etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (v)For Grading -V Material etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ m3, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing. etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, , primer, sealant , curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade clause 1501 loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 75mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per m2 over 50mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level, including cost of materials, labour and Usage charges of machinery etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two coats applied @ 4.84 kg/10 m�) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour GROUND FLOOR etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour GROUND FLOOR etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour GROUND FLOOR etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Two coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 m� over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 m� of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting , cost of materials, labour GROUND FLOOR etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 m� over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 m� of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting , cost of materials, labour FIRST FLOOR etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates cost of materials, labour etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing skirting with teak shade pre-laminated (one side decorative and other side balancing lamination) flat pressed 3 layer or graded particle board (medium density) Grade I, Type II, IS :12823 marked, with necessary fixing arrangements and screws, including drilling necessary holes for rawl plugs etc. and priming coat on unexposed surface complete : 18 mm thick etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ m2 (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process. etc., complete. with all lead & lifts, as per drawing, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
