The bidder should have experience in similar works, with a specific requirement of having completed works of a certain value and percentage in the last three financial years. The bidder must have completed similar works of at least 10% to 20% and up to 30% of the proposed project's contract amount in the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have an experience of supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Dynamic Façade lights or RGBW lighting in the state of Jharkhand, with a work order value not less than 50% of the tender value. The bidder should have completed similar work of not less than 50% of the contract value performed in any one year during the last three financial years. The experience requirement for the personnel the bidder will employ for the project is that they should employ a degree holder engineer with at least 3 years experience or a diploma holder engineer with at least 5 years experience for the above work.
