The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For a Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 7 years of experience or Dip. Civil + 10 years of experience. - For a Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 years of experience. - For a Survey Engineer: B.E. Civil + 5 years of experience or Dip. Civil + 8 years of experience. - For a Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 15 Years Exp. (5 years as Manager) - For a Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Years Exp. (5 years in Water Resources Department) - For a Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 10Years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. +15 years Exp. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of at least one and a half times the estimated cost of the project in any one year in the last five years. They should have also satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of certain items of work, including: - 1974.899 Cum of cement concrete - 13448.865 Cum of earthwork Additionally, the bidder should have experience in executing similar electrical and water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum amount as indicated, and should have access to or availability of credit facilities, which is a minimum of 10% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also undertake to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract.
