Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/ Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall/ returen wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20 H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and technical specifications RCD 13.08

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note : Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately.In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum BCD 5.3.26.1.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) BCD 5.3.9.1

Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications. Earth work in filling foundation trenches or back filling of masonry structures with suitable earth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and fully compacted and finally dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches and kept at a lead of 30m and initial lift of 1.5m complete as per specification and direction of E/I. WRD 6.1.16

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I. BCD 5.1.1

Extra for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. ( vide classification of soil item-B) BCD 5.1.2

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing COurses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-l|l) : 4 gradedstone |aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Providing tuck pointing in cement on stone masonary (1:3) cement on brick work with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. BCD 5.7.10

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers. Not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume) BCD 5.1.8
