The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of works completed during the last seven years. The bidder should furnish the list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during this period. For certain types of work, specific requirements are: - Aluminum Work: One similar work costing not less than 30% of the cost of this job in tender, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, or three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work), Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work: One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, or three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed works as mentioned below during the last seven years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the tendered cost, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. - One work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with some Central/State Government Department or Reputed private entities. The bidder's performance for each work completed in the last seven years and in-hand should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of minimum 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets.
